There is so much conflicting information out there regarding Diastasis Recti. Some websites swear by certain things and other sites tell you not to do those same things. What you are saying in this video make a lot of sense to me. My question is this - Other sites say you should try to suck your belly button back to your spine when doing exercises for this issue but you don't mention that at all. If I do the exercises you suggest should I suck in my belly button while doing them or do you suggest I do not do this?
