This series is where I will be listening to the original song and talking about what I hear and what strikes me. Hopefully, it will provide some interesting insights into how a musician hears certain songs, instrumentation, and artistic choices. I intend to listen and react to a wide range of songs and styles, especially songs that I would not (or can not) cover myself!
This video features one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite bands, so it was a real joy to do! I am so happy that this is the first song to be done in this series, I could not have picked a better option!

You should listen to the From the basement sessions, nude is particularly breathtaking, possibly better than the Album version.
