Brilliant tour, as a fairly local lad, there were a few on here that I'd never been to, will make a visit after watching this. Love the Beacon and Park Inn. Great vlog.
Cracking video. Found the channel when you did the Dudley & Wolves vids and glad I did! Watching you do my local area of Gornal & Sedgley just makes me even more proud of where I’m from. Thats some steps you put in mate! We usually do Lower Gornal to Sedgely or vice versa and that’s a mission in itself!
Fantastic tour, and some absolutely fantastic pubs. I've been to the pie factory but I've not been for at least 30 years. I don't live too far so I have no excuses, got to get a weekend sorted and get some of those experienced.
hello! american here! i'll be visiting the black country next year to see my bf in dudley. we watched this video together and we're looking forward to visiting his favorite and your favorite pubs! thank you for the reviews!
Wollaston run into Stourbridge town which is in the black country. Starts Foresters Arms, The Plough, The Gate Hangs Well, The Unicorn (bathams) The Princess, The Kingsbridge, The Queens Head (black country ales) The Royal Exchange (bathams) and thats just the road to Stourbridge town!!
Stourbridge town you have The Wharf, Crafty Jar, The Mitre, The Duke, The Talbot, Stourbridge Lion, Cock and Bull, Red House, The Chequers (spoons) The Crispin. From the Wollaston Run to Stourbridge town all pubs are close walking distances.
Kingswinford/wall heath would be good for your list of locations. Wollaston too (in Stourbridge) Also as a Bathams fan, all these suggestions have a Bathams pub but the original Bathams "the vine" and adjoining brewery is at the Delph (brierley hill) and the Delph is a famous old pub crawl in itself.
I'd love to join you mate, I aye been in there since I was 16, first round (2 pints M&B Mild) cost 21p, went in just to try, 13y9months. I went to Queen Vic's and Dormston.
Delph road nr Brierley Hill used to be a good crawl, I'm not sure how many of the old pubs are still left there now. You could technically start at the bottom of Quarry bank in the old days and work your way down to Amblecote without walking more than 200 yards between pubs.
Great video, must point out the Fountain is not a “Black Country Ales pub” the old Bulls Head is, the Fountain is independent and run by the best team of lads in the Black Country
If you are still in the area go to Bilston. You have the oldest jazz pub in the country The Cunt and Trumpet where Slade first started and the Robin 2 live music club opened by Noddy and roy wood and I have run both.
You didn't mention pork scratchins! Shame on you! Only joking. Great round-up of pubs. Next time, have a pint, a crusty cob and some scratchins! Lovely jubbly!
All my locals, brilliant video Dale👍🏻🍻

Shame you didn't make it into the Mount Pleasant (the stump) lovely old fashioned little pub in sedgley, I love it in there
Thanks for popping into the brook! More than welcome anytime x

When you get around to going back to Sedgley you will need to add the Mount Pleasant to your list. (It’s known as “The Stump” by all the locals)

All pubs on the crawl are now back open, apart from the ones that got knocked down. 😊
Didn’t see you trying Holdens Golden Glow at all probably my favourite beer . Especially at the Park Inn . Love the videos I’m hooked 👍🏻😊
I've Untapped it before (I think) haha... so always try for something that I've never tried
You covered some really good pubs here.. Jolly Crispin, The Beacon hotel.!!.. Marleys bar used to be Montys..
Delph run in brierley hill is worth a visit, especially if you like bathams, their brewery is located there, with the bull and bladder pub.
Good old sedgley 🤘🏼🍺 had some good times up there years ago when i was 18 to early 20s im 40 now😊! my brother lives next door to beacon pub, quality ✅

The bar in the Beacon hotel is called a snob bar 👍
Pint of Sarah Hughes dark mild..yes please 😋🍻
The Fountain one the best pub about

Tipton 3 were pretty famous

He did in a different vid
But your doing it in the day?
Should have popped in Allen’s Sports Bar in Tipton. Not far from the pie factory
Drop a like on the video guys
