- Finally building my 1:8 Ghostbusters Ecto-1 partwork model kit, like many others I was in limbo for a while but thankfully Fanhome came to the rescue! In this episode we build issue 21 stages 75 - 78. Installing the Cadillac front end onto the body.
It's only a matter of time before we will be busting ghosts with our proton packs and traps.

Thanks for watching! Хобби
Looking good, she is a beauty
Thanks bud!
Great job Ian, always entertaining.
Thanks Ken!!
Man that's looking good Ian!
I always forget how big this is until I see it in the video on the bench lol. Going to be one heck of a show piece when it's done
I just looked over at it while working on the comparatively diminutive 007 Lotus Sub and said to myself "holy hell that's big"
Everyone I know including myself has kept that protect sheet all the way to the end of the build
Makes sense!
Looking great I hate the tiny screws myself.
Thanks and yeah this tiny screws are a bit fiddly but if you magnetize your screwdrivers it helps alot.
I put the windshield on but left the plastic cover on it
I just did that tonight, fingers crossed I don't scratch it anyway
If you would have "offered up" the part to the fender, instead of "throwing it in", it would have went smoother...jeeesh, you should know that 🤣
I guess my offering was a bit heavy handed, but it does show off the robustness of the parts LOL
Budding auto-electrician.
Wait until issue 121 where I pass out and soil myself.
