Did this one today because I needed a little recovery stretch after overdoing it and I have to tell you I feel much better. The hamstring stretches were really great! So thank you very much for sticking this one in your repertoire!😌🐶 oh and Lily was a hoot!
I usually don't like stretching workouts because the trainer will hold the stretch for such a long time. I really enjoyed this workout because you only hold the stretches for 15 seconds which is sufficient. I'll be coming back to this one again and again!
Restarted playing golf a few weeks ago, and needed this! Even though I exercised all winter, my hips are tight from the golf swing rotation. Using different muscles! Thanks for this!
Oh. My. Goodness. This was amazing and exactly what my old body needed. I think I need to start doing this at the end of every day. I didn't realize just HOW TIGHT my pects and hips are, but this definitely shined a spotlight on those problem areas. S - T - R - E - T - C - H!! 💕THANK YOU!!! I really needed this!! 💕
So happy I came across this video this morning. So needed this stretch ! Quick question Tracy, is it better to stretch barefoot or with shoes? Of course when we stretch before and after workout shoes are on however, when you dedicate the one day to stretching, should shoes be on? Thank you as always Tracy.
