Duffy's The Cult signature can't be missed. Sorta mix of Wild Flower, Wild-Hearted Son and She Sells Sanctuary. Very underrated musician.

Been following Sammy since the Montrose days in the Bay Area,my only wish would be that Montrose would have stayed together longer they were on their way to becoming the next Led Zeppelin. Bill "Electric" Church on Bass,Denny Carmassi on drums and Ronnie Montrose kicking ass in guitar! But what really made that band what's Sammy Hagar's vocals watch the video Bad Motor Scooter! Sammy is genuine no fake BS from him what you see is what you get hes still kicking ass and taken hostages at 74! In a world that's turned upside down because of Covid we need more of Sammy Hagar's positive influence an attitude.
Damn, I swear Sammy is immortal! Most of us will probably have trouble just getting around, a few years from now. But Sammy......well, someone forgot to tell him that's what's supposed to happen because the man still sings, plays and runs around like a man in his 20s! I've been a huge fan of Sammy, Mikey and of course Van Halen from the age of 10 and I have to say that I feel very lucky to have that same source of inspiration from childhood on, still out there kicking ass and just as relevant now as they ever were! Oftentimes, our childhood Heroes turn into trainwrecks before our very eyes, but not Sammy and Mikey. Thanks for doing what you guys do. You will never know how important that is and has always been for some of us fans!

Yea, that’s Billy Duffy from The Cult.......I was fortunate to catch them in San Antonio many years ago. It was one of the loudest and best shows ever. Our wives stuffed ear pieces in to protect their ears. They were pleading for us to leave. We didnt😜🍺

@Steve OMG, have you not kept up with what he's done since VH? VHagar tunes are timeless, but so is are the countless albums he's done with the Wabos and the Circle and Chickenfoot since VH days. He's STILL rocking live at 74 years old, shows scheduled through July of next year. Check out Sammy and The Circle.

I did the stage sound for Sammy on 2 European tours in the 80s and God was it LOUD on stage, so I used to stuff ANYTHING in my ears.... toilet rolls, gloves, anything and I'd shout at Sammy 'Turn it Up Turn it Up...LOUDER....LOUDER' great guy and great fun tours, been a fan ever since.
