@@puertea2537 usually the npcs will tell you where to go/be somewhere where you will likely see them anyways. In previous souls games since it was a one lane approach i felt like the quests were harder since the npcs are more enigmatic
I finished the 1st playthrough without any guides and got the Age of Stars ending. I don't wanna mess up and get the same ending again so I think it's okay to spoil myself with these videos now lol
Kinda felt bad because I sacrificed Melina and still did the frenzied flame lord ending. I had no idea about the needle being capable of reverting the frenzied effect or this fight against the final dragon
The only way you could get that ending again is if you summon Ranni at the very end like you did the first time. Any other events take place at the relic infront of you.
Did all these quests out of order, ruined questlines defeating bosses to early, and missed half the questlines my first play through. That is how DS3 turned out as well. Had to play through 3 times before I completed all the questlines, but that game was a lot shorter. Elden Ring is a masterpiece with the exception of PVP. PVP needs some major improvements along with more options.
It would be nice to see a world where you could go, and it's just a free for all, or each region against their border region. The fan item that makes bots your ally could be used to form alliances with your friends.

Strangely enough my first ever playthrough I got the frenzied flame ending. I even had the option to do all the others if I hadn't found those fingers. I finished questlines and pretty much scoured the game eventually finding the 3 fingers. I didn't know how to get rid of the marks so when I went for the shattered Marika statue I was just confused when I wanted to finish the game with Ranni.
Age of Stars ending - a few things took me a while to get. 1) you need to exhaust the dolls "..." dialogue until she speaks to you. 2) can only speak to the doll at a specific site of grace. 3) that "bypess the dragon" thing to reach Ranni is a place ( 10:17 ) that you CANNOT reach via regular map on the surface... you'll reach nowhere. You go there via underground and there's a blood fall where there's a tomb in the middle. took me a while to understand i need to interact with it to go down to the little distant place on the map below.
Funny enough I found all the items required for some of the secret endings just by exploring every bit of the game my first play through, this was before my friend told me there was 6 endings 😂
@Juan Because many of them shut each other out, default ending shuts Golden Order just as mentioned in the video. In order to do Fia's ending and Ranni's you need to give them Cursemark of Death and you can't give it to both of them (I'm not sure). And as mentioned Frenzied Flame ending shuts everything. These reasons might be why its always between 2 options.
@Juan Yeah you are right actually other than Lord of the Frenzied Flame ending, you can get all the Runes that are needed to have the option. I was wrong initially but this is a guide I found on this topic ; Finish all required questlines meet 3 fingers save just before the final boss(this one im the least sure about) beat the game reload undo 3F ending thing in the dragon room save again beat the game 4 more times for the different endings
This suggests that you can get all the endings other than Frenzied Flame at the boss room option part. So you don't need to save and load too far, just do all the quests and save at the boss room.

I spent almost 400 hours as a mage to get all the pre-requisite and quest done to get any ending. I chose the Age of the Stars. I ain't going through all of that again to get other endings when there's YT. lol
I feel like this is the first game in a while where a guide made my first play through more enjoyable, my first 30 hours I didn’t use a guide and while I had fun it was also confusing and I felt very lost lol
In an update they should definitely alter the Lands Between depending on the ending that was chosen like... The Age of the Stars ending should cast the Lands Between into an endless night with the same moon effect like at the Carhedral of Manus Celes and darkening all the Erdtrees as well as having Night's Calvary, Deathbirds, and Giant Bats placed at new locations. The Frenzied Flame ending should heavily alter the Lands Between into an ashen wasteland like the Ashen Capital with all the Erdtrees on fire and have a cloud of smoke covering the sky, plus placing Frenzied Flames enemies in new locations. The Age of the Duskborn ending describes the Lands Between being covering in fog which I'm not sure if it does yet, but if it doesn't cover the Lands Between in a fog then they should fix it so it does. Plus cast a gray hue over the Lands Between with undead enemies place in new locations.
Guide is very good I love it, however too many small but important details weren’t mentioned for most of these quests. Like talking to ranni miniature at a grace 3x. And not disclosing the locations of the 5 needed Seedbed Curses. Again small details but extremely important information missed
Oh also it's totally worth gettin the frenzied flame right at the very end of the game then using the needle at the end of the dragon boss fight as when you take the frenzied flame you can run around in lava at full speed and this lasts even after NG+ :)
omfg i did all the stuff on my casual playthrough to get the flame ending but then at the end of the game i summoned ranni, this is sooooo annoying because im trying to get 100% on elden ring but now i have to do all that stuff over again, that is so frustrating
I got lord of frenzied flame on my first playthrough, no wiki guides just learned by memory. Although age of stars and dustborn are pretty cool as I love fighting dragons and skeletons.
Make sure to do Rannis quest (and then additionally talk to her in Rannis Rise at the very end of the quest) and summon her in the end for the best ending :-)
This needs updating since there's the Age of Absolution ending that's just been discovered. There may be even more, in fact, I don't doubt there are... especially with future patches and DLC that are bound to come.
Can i progress almost all of the endings to the point where i can just choose which one i want in the final boss and then just go back to my save and do the rest?

Yeah, I did that, and got all endings. After beating the last boss, I copied save, went for one of the endings, and then swapped file few times and got all the endings. @@SafelandingRecords

Can anyone help me? I finished the game, but my erdtree does not look like any of these. It is still burning the deep red color. Why is this? I honestly don't know what ending I picked. It didn't give me options as far as I'm aware.

In case you don't have enough INT to cast Law of Regression, you still can achieve this without having to waste 2x Larval Tears, by using the following stat-boosting items: - Twinsage Glintstone Crown (+6 Intelligence) - Intelligence-knot Crystal Tear (+10 Intelligence) - Stargazer Heirloom (+5 Intelligence) - Godrick's Great Rune (+5 All stats, requires Rune Arc) - Grafted Blade Greatsword, skill "Oath of Vengeance" (+5 All Stats) - Marika's Soreseal (+5 Intelligence) Small tip for Prophets pure faith builds: This was my starter class, pure Faith build. I only had 16 STR and never invested in INT. This means, i didn't had enough STR to use "Oath of Vengeance" (+5 All) and i also didn't had "Marika's Soreseal" (+5 Int), so i had to stick with "Marika's Scarseal" (+3 Int). Even so, you can manage to get the STR needed to use the sword, by using the "Starscourge Heirloom" (+5 Str) + "Radagon's Soreseal" (+5 Str) + "Strength-knot Crystal Tear" (+10 Str).
The super obscure endings aren’t required for 100% completion to anyone who just cares about that but if you love the lore then you at least should look them up
Most of the comments here are just new to Fromsoft asking why there are no in game guide, that is the charm of fromsoft they don't want to hold you while playing the game and doing some task, if you want it just get some clue or as we say google it, but the games it's self is not commanding you to do it.
man this is some crazy steps in order to unscrew you're self from optional endings. lol i usually do multiple runs for all the endings, but elden ring is just too big to do them all with in a timely manner. still very glad the game will last for a long time as im sure we will keep finding stuff.
I wish the souls games would just give us a couple of backup saves. Especially when some of the games don't even save to the cloud properly and you can end up losing everything.

I've got lord of frenzied flame ending. I've defeated malenia, did maleficient quest, killed that two headed draagon, but didn't know I have to use the needle.

Completed everything on my first play through (except I accidentally killed Alexander) and got the Frenzied Flame ending. Still need two more play throughs to get the alternate endings and platinum trophy. 😬

The elden beast is easy if you can get to him you just have to make sure he doesn’t do elden stars I beat him first try but Melania took me like 10 try’s

I summoned ranni B4 touching the grace .I didn't touch the body/select to meld the ring.I didn't start a new game and it won't let me go back. Is there anything I can do? I regret not making an additional save

Interesting that you put the Frenzied Flame ending before Ranni's. I get it's the most involved ending but it feels like it's the 2nd-last ending one should get before Ranni's being the final one.

Do I let the fingers hold me and do the frenzied flame ending first then cure myself and do the other 2 endings Or do Is it possible to start with the age of starts and Elden lord and then go and let the fingers hold me? The age of stars storyline is just so good. It probably has the most content out of the other endings and the eternal cities are stunning.
I preferred the lord of chaos one, malena spiced things up and how we found out why she hated it in the cutscene

8:40 rannis quest line interferes with Alexander. If you complete her before he leaves the battlefields he'll be stuck there.
just exhaust dialogue with Alexander after Radahn. You don't even have to find Alexander in Limgrave, you can skip that.

I melted when "I've" put the ring on Ranni's finger. To me it's the best ending possible.

this is the great thing about dark souls games you cant get spoiled because even if you do play the game odds are you wont get the story

You missed to mention a details from age of stars ending: you need to speak to Ranni doll at site of grace for invader phantom to appear.
I enjoy that the Sidequest to fix the frenzied flame side quest is longer than at least 2 of the other endings combined

For the age of stars ending, you must pick up the doll and talk to it around 4 times at the nearest Grace. Only then will the shadow appear.

Its currently being investigated on how to gather all the runes, Miquellas being the only one we cant get for the 'Age of Absolute' ending.

FYI you have to beat morgott and mohg now to enter the secret area they added a seal for it

You should still be able to equip the spell without meeting the cast requirements. Hope that helps.

I accidentally do the Frenzied Lord part. Can I save, use the needle and do Ranni's ending, get the trophy, go back to the save file and do Frenzied Lord? thanks
Completed everything on my first play through (except I accidentally killed Alexander) and got the Frenzied Flame ending. Still need two more play throughs to get the alternate endings and platinum trophy. 😬
Did you get his talisman when you accidentally killed him?
@@tengkuhafiz4174 you get one that does the same thing but only a small boost. The end of quest line one “greatly” boosts etc.

Like in demon souls you need a 0.05% drop to get the platinum !

Only one I've not done without a guide is frenzied Flame, tbh didn't even know this was an ending so this will let me 100%. Much Appreciated 👍 :PS I still don't get how Melania is so difficult for everybody else...hardest boss for me is just the Elden Beast :p (With Radagan as well ofc)
The elden beast is easy if you can get to him you just have to make sure he doesn’t do elden stars I beat him first try but Melania took me like 10 try’s

I’m so glad I don’t care about endings, trophies/achievements, story or lore from any souls games lol. This would drive me crazy trying to do all these things to get the different endings. I’m just here for the bosses lol and nothing else.
I summoned ranni B4 touching the grace .I didn't touch the body/select to meld the ring.I didn't start a new game and it won't let me go back. Is there anything I can do?

The black one? It is night cavalry armour which you get get by defeating two night cavalry in mountaintop of giants.
I got the dagger and gave it to the dude but the cutscene didn't start

Interesting that you put the Frenzied Flame ending before Ranni's. I get it's the most involved ending but it feels like it's the 2nd-last ending one should get before Ranni's being the final one.

Do I let the fingers hold me and do the frenzied flame ending first then cure myself and do the other 2 endings
Or do Is it possible to start with the age of starts and Elden lord and then go and let the fingers hold me?
