Is it me or are the twins the best thing that has happened to you this week? You've made me re-awaken my own joy and discovery for the classics. Thank you Twins!!!
My 70 year old husband, a great guitarist himself, saw Hendrix play in an Arizona bowling alley before anyone had heard of him. Met him offstage and said he was incredibly nice to him and his little group of star struck teenagers. Husband still worships Hendrix as the greatest guitar god ever.
As did Albert King another great blues guitarist that all these guys back then were influenced by along with bb Freddie king Elmore James and of course Robert Johnson
There were NO special effects back then, no camera stops, no CGI, this is really him, a master, and your witnessing his mastery.... Thank God there was recording equipment, otherwise, youd never believe it.
I love to see you young brothers reacting to Jimi for the first time. I had the same reaction 53 years ago. I saw him live 3 times, and I will never forget. By the way, he was playing with his teeth!
Saw him once, Isle of Wight. I was all of 12 and the sound was so horrible you could barely tell what was happening. I remember my cousin telling me that he was from Seattle (where my parents moved from Scotland) but it didn't really register at the time. Jimi died on my father's birthday only a fortnight after. Jimi is, to my mind, nothing short of the greatest guitarist that has ever lived and second only to Louis Armstrong as the most important American musician who has ever lived. Jimi literally changed the way we think of what the guitar can be as a lead and rhythm instrument in rock, Blues, jazz, even country music. Louis Armstrong did the same thing with the cornet in the 1920's, but Armstrong did so much more than that. Jimi changed how we think of the guitar, Louis changed how we think of music. My tuppence worth, anyway.
Y’all gotta understand, no one was playing guitar like this back then, and definitely not with that much style. He came up with the distortion sound, the wah-wag pedal. He was the one to make that popular. He was the Jordan of guitar playing, the Tiger Woods or Serena and Venus Williams sisters. He came at it ferociously and with style. This was 1967, look at the hits at that time, they didn’t sound like this.
I remember vividly walking to school back then, and Purple Haze came on the radio. Stopped me in my tracks. I was learning guitar and now my life has been all about electric guitar going back to 1965 when I got my first one. Jimi was from some other place in the Universe. He enfluenced every other roc guitar from his time until today.
Wrong, the wah wah was popularized by Clapton and the first use of distortion was used by Dave Davies from the Kinks, Davies sliced up the speaker on his amp with a razor blade to get a distorted sound for "You really got me" and George Harrison was the first to use feedback. Also Hendrix did not play the guitar upside down he was a lefty who played a right handed guitar with it strung for a lefty. And i seriously doubt that Jimi put acid under his bandanna while on stage, the man was a professional and very self conscious.
Actually, Jimi hardly invented or came up with new stuff, but he was the ultimate "guitar geek", he constantly checked out, read about and studied what others had done and were doing with guitar, amps, pedals, recording/producing/arranging and other things on the tech side, and on the technique side "tricks", buzz, feedback etc. He also fiddled with his equipment, went to see what others were doing live, listened to loads of records and tapes of others. But the magic with Jimi was that almost no one was doing so many things all at the same time and he took everything to another level. He was also innovative and nonconformist, even today people are still asking "why would he play those notes, or do that?". He also played other instruments like bass, drums, keyboards and mouth organ.
Most of the greatest guitarist in the past 50 years have credited Hendrix as being one of their most important influences. SRV said there would never be another like him. And remember he was totally ripped while performing. Every single time. His talent was phenomenal.
I'm 70 and was around when Hendrix first hit the music scene. I fell down on my couch the first time I ever heard him and just like y'all, I went crazy. I thought there is no way to create this quality of music. Then I saw a video of him playing with his teeth, behind his back, etc and knew I had died and gone to heaven! 🎸🎸🎸
Eric Clapton refused to go on stage to play once in England after they let Jimi play. He knew he couldn't top what had just happened. He was playing with his TEETH. None of this was fake. It's from a live concert 😂🤣😂🤣
The story is true. It starts at ERIC and ends at HAPPENED. Just because you never heard it doesn't make it a lie. I had never heard it either, untill I saw the actual film play. My comment about him playing with his teeth was in reference to the video the twins watched. Ya got it now?
I saw it a documentary. Jimi went to a small club in England to see Eric play. He was asked to play, so he did. He was so amazing Eric refused to go on stage. I don't remember the name of the documentary, as I saw it many years ago. But I was speechless at Jimi's playing. Why the heck would I lie? I love them both
@justagirlsd 007 My sister was at the first Isle of Wight festival in 1971. Jimi was playing there BUT she fell asleep before he came on and woke up to see him finish! Tragic!
Not upside down. Well, the guitar was upside down but it was restrung so he was using normal fingering positions just as a right handed player would do.
Jimi’s message needs to be followed now more than ever: "You got to tell the children the truth they don't need a whole lot of lies. Because one of these days, baby, they'll be running things. So when you give them love you better give it right" Jimi Hendrix In a world swimming in a sea of lies they murdered the body but the spirit and message lives on within many forever. The most truthful and forbidden documentary ever published has been taken down from theirtube countless times since its 2017 release: "Europa The Last Battle". I walked past his grave site just today...all is peaceful. made me feel peaceful :)
When Hendrix went to London England to start his career, the first thing he did was to go round all the clubs to see the best of the best the London scene had at the time. But he was aware of everybody, bought their records, knew what they were bringing to the table. One band he REALLY wanted to see was Cream with hot shot guitarist Eric Clapton (Yup, THAT Eric Clapton) So his managed had arranged for Hendrix not only to be there at a performance of the band but also that he could stay after hours and jam with the band. When Hendrix took the stage he launched into the song "Killing floor" by Albert King, a song Cream always wanted to do but found it "Too difficult." After retrieving his lower jaw from the floor, Clapton watched for a few more minutes before taking his guitar off and walking away. When Hendrix' manager caught up with him, Clapton was all antsy, going "You told me he was good, you didn't tell me he was THIS fucking good!" After Hendrix died, Clapton adopted the Fender Stratocaster as his main guitar, in direct tribute to Jimi.
He is not playing with his teeth. He taps with the other hand on the guitars neck. But still Hendrix was one of the coolest cats in history and a genius!
@@lisaclarke643 I had my best gig on acid. the rest of the band was in panic when I told it to them 5 minutes before the first song LOL we made second place after some semi pros, must have been trippy^^
couchcamper haha I’ve always wondered how the heck musicians performed trippin - fair play to you, I think I’d just end up freaking out when I saw the crowd staring at me 😂
@@lisaclarke643 I had already 15 years on stage in my resume^^ (started making music when I was 9)so I was used to being on stage. I was NOT used to the acid but it went fine, somehow. 6 hours later I couldn't have done it, I was pretty wasted then. ah sweet youth, good old times.
My friends went to the Filmore when she recorded Cheap Tricks, but I had a hot date that night. I can't even remember her name now though. Totally missed history for a skirt.. :-(
I'll say Prince is the result of Hendrix, James Brown (which I see through the and through) to lesser extent Kenneth Gamble philli sound. (just my opinion), Natalie.
@@mussiebeyene8834 I'd say Prince also had some Rick James influence too. Rick James really moved funk away from the more organic 70's sound to more of a "modern" 80's sound with synthesizers and whatnot.
yes yes, 🤦🏽🤦🏽♀️ How can I forget Rick James. If u had to do a pie chart, big chunk will be James Brown closely Rick James. Thank you. Can't wait for the Sign O'Time album. That Album Introduce me to Prince. Thankx for sharing. 🙏🏽
Prince cited Santana as one of his greatest influences on the guitar. And if you listen to his guitar solos he does play much more in that sound than Hendrix's. That said, Prince was a sponge and incorporated everything from jazz to rock to funk to pop and beyond, creating a singular yet multi-dimensional genre all his own. As to fashion, most think of Prince's look from the 1999 through Purple Rain vibe which does give a huge nod to Hendrix. But that is only a 4 year period of an almost 40-year career. He was a chameleon, changing his look repeatedly with each phase/project.
You are right Natalie, Prince was a fan of Hendrix and definitely influenced by him as were many other famous guitarists. I just want to point out a few bits of information to the young listeners, Jimi played with his teeth; he was not the first but he popularized it. Keep in mind, the sound you hear from his guitar was unheard of back in those days. He experimented with his Fender Strat, he used unwanted sounds like feedback, hum & buzz. No one else did that. The guitar sound being played by other rock stars back then, did not sound like Jimi’s. He was ahead of his time and perhaps he is the greatest Rock Music guitarist of all time, a true legend.
Jimi Hendrix was one of those 'matter of fact' cats. As a kid in the 60s I aspired to play guitar like 'him'. Took me 40 years to kind'a figure it out. Hendrix was an Army vet, served with the 101 Airborne. Named my second son Jimi.
Sorry you're all wrong ! Jimi did a lot of acid in the early days of his career but he got tired of "blowing his mind out " ( as he put it ) . If you can find a copy of the DVD Jimi Hendrix plays Woodstock you will see a more sober than not performance by his own admission the band (of gypsies ) passed around a bottle of blue nun wine before the show that morning . Now someone who was tripping on acid at Woodstock was Carlos Santana. ! Also if you find that DVD you'll see that he ended the show with Hey Joe and not the star spangled banner .
When we were kids, and this was new, this music was like the sun breaking through the clouds - it wasn't just a "song" it was an experience - a new way to look at the world - Jimi Hendrix broke all the rules and gave us such a gift - so glad I was there
@Basil The Rat No. I believe he was in London. Astoria Theatre? I know it was 67. I can remember that from what I have learned over time. I think it was Astoria Theatre, in London. I could be wrong. Either way...this man is a legend in his own right. 1☺
You should listen to his version of the "Star Spangled Banner" if you haven't already. When the lyrics talk about the bombs bursting in the air, he makes the guitar sound like bombs bursting. He was amazing.
I love it when these younger brothers discover hendrix and other different kinds of music i almost shed a tear ; I would also encourage them to check out other great black rock acts like funkadelic, living colour and fisbone to name a few and also a lot more in that vein too ; keep searching my brothers and stay open . one love .
@@TheGreatPresenter Not to take away from or denigrate the accomplishments of others, but to be considered even close to the best when in that kind of company is really hard. To be among giants like B.B.King, Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Chuck Berry, Jimmy Page, Brian May and more, is hard, to be noticed among that crowd, harder still. But to even have people debate whether you are the best even among that crowd, even within that crowd, that is the true crowning achievement.
Nothing Jimi Hendrix ever did was fake. He was the best guitarist this planet ever had the privilege of experiencing. Huge symphony orchestras play his music today. That was his dream, to play with an orchestra. But he joined the 27 club before it happened, regretfully.
@delreydavid Congratulations you are a real first, insulting on a music video. It's a matter of opinion and you most probably have no ass but a colostomy.
He used to stick tabs of LSD in his headband so that he'd get more and more stoned as he sweat, and didn't need to take a break to keep his high going. He's not just playing with his teeth, he's probably in some other dimension while playing this.

@@s550danny I can't say who the best guitarist in history is. As a guitarist myself, I would never pick one. Here is what Hendrix had though that very few if anyone else had. He had a tremendous feel. That isn't easy to replicate. His feel was really unbelievable. The other thing to consider, is that Hendrix never had the time that some of these other folks have had with the instrument. A lot of what you are seeing is pure raw talent. It came very naturally to him. He also defined what "COOL" was or meant for a guitarist. He had the image. The other thing to mention was that he was a very good songwriter, and I would have really liked him to have lived well into later years and heard what he would have come up with. I still to this day marvel at his cover of the Bob Dylan's All Along the Watchtower.
Thats not true, jimmy smoked a little weed, little speed, maybe some beer, cigarettes. he tried acid a few times but NEVER while performing. he was a professional. over the years rumors have just got way out of hand. sorry to destroy your vision of jimmy, but it's the truth. his father Al, brother Leon, and bandmates billy cox, Buddy Miles, and Noel Redding all told me the same thing. BTW jimmy's favorite artist of ALL time?…Bob Dylan
Also, take a look at the shape of Jimi's strat; it's upside down. He's left handed, but initially couldn't afford a left handed guitar. He learned to play a right handed one upside down.
@@asmodeusvadrigar2371 I see, so your inability to use Google and/or our knowledge of maybe the greatest rock guitarist of all time makes us pedantic. I suppose that makes you a luddite troll.
Tim & Fred, you two are the best thing that’s ever happened to RUclips! You love music deep in your souls and we can feel it watching you 💖 (Note: no edit, Jimi Hendrix ‘Hey Joe” was filmed live 53 years ago at an outdoor festival, he was my generation’s idol and a true musical genius) Back in the day, there were no computers & musicians all played their instruments for real !
Absolutely. He played it ironically. So many kids died, got injured or suffered horribly in senseless overseas wars for uncle sam at the time he was playing. Vietnam 😎👍
Hendrix was my first concert - was promoted as the "Wall of Sound" - in Baltimore, Maryland , 1969 - I was a 17 years old white boy. Back in the day there were no computers generating music. It was all foot pedals, huge, raw amps and speakers switching stereo back and forth across the stage - incredible to experience. Every move he made on his left-hand guitar he manually performed. He was musically gifted - a true genius. He practiced every waking moment. He played behind the back and to his face (notice his fingers are playing notes on the frets when he puts it to his face. The licking and teeth were affected). My ears were bleeding after the concert and I was in the nose-bleed section in the Civic Center. I believe Hendrix was from another planet, I am here to tell you as a witness. We will never see another of his kind. 50+ years later the music still sounds current/futuristic. You have no idea. I was privileged to hear his genius and will remember him until I pass... there is no one to compare to his talent today...
Jimmy Hendricks was black? You mean Beyoncé is black? These stars are the hidden treasures for all and the subtle way they bring the races together, thru music.
Omg the look on your face when he was playing the guitar with his mouth, lips, tongue --how did you say it? You two are priceless! All that and "All he sang was Hey Joe." You guys are the best! ✌️
I saw Jimi in Baton Rouge in 1968. I think it was held at the old convention center. We sat in seats, kinda like a movie theater. Some dude was hassling him, trying to climb on stage. Jimi shot him the bird and the crowd went crazy before security dragged the guy off. That was my first concert ever! I was 17.
I want to share with y'all a famous Hendrix quote he was such a bright light - When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.”RIP Jimi Hendrix
Hendrix was the most humble rock star ever. An interviewer once asked him “what does it feel like to be the best guitar player in the world Jimi?” Jimi’s response : “I don’t know, you’d have to ask Rory Gallagher“. You guys also gotta check out RORY GALLAGHER!!! He once popped a string on his guitar during a solo while playing “Tattoo’d Lady”. Dude came on stage, handed him a new string. Rory changed the string there and then in the middle of the song without stopping singing or playing his guitar!!!
Love that reply from Jimi. That's the truest example of cool. Now, you've got me binging Rory Gallagher's videos. BIG thanks for mentioning him! How did I not know of his existence?! I was in high school in the 70s, but missed out on his music. Making up for it now.
Cece Yes!! “As The Crow Flies” and “Philby”. They are 2 of my favourite rock songs of all time. Rory did not get enough credit back in his day. Like a lot of amazing musicians, he earned most of his recognition after he died. He was also an extremely cool chap, just like Jimi. Humble to the end! I think him and Jimi would have made an amazing duo!!!! It’s such a shame they never got the chance.
Jimi Was so much more than just a fancy guitar player, his music was full and complete and wholesome, his messages and what he taught to generations is almost unrivaled, especially with guitar. A true one of a kind, and humble person
The night I got home from Vietnam I was going to surprise my girlfriend......who went to a Jimi Hendrix concert that night. Had to wait to surprise her. Hey, I would have ditched me for Jimi Hendrix too! LOL!
Its so nice to see you react to any music but, this era of music holds a special place in history. So many great bands, and different races dared cross into other genre of music, that was taboo in the past. Motown, the late 60s, and the 70s (imo) are the best times in music. So many stories told, on very deep levels. Levels people today, only wish they could achieve. Hendrix was a Godamong guitarists....he actually played like you see it. So much talent...gone too soon. Keep exploring man...you have alot of catching up to do. Lol. Be well, and God bless.
Absolutely fantastic watching these young men hearing and watching the great musicians of my generation. I'm sure they have heard and love Santana. Love it. I'm hooked.
I don’t believe he was fake but it’s like if he was. Just sound alone. I would really like to know who pull those riffs and no know knew who it was. Those riffs were so new back then. You can’t hide that sound.
@@vanjalavoie550 Not to mention faulty grounding could give you a nasty shock. Hendrix talked about playing honky-tonks and juke joints in the Southern US, and said you had to do stuff like that to get folks attention. Monterey was his first big US show (possibly first US show after going to Britain, I don't recall), so Hendrix do what he do.
I'm from Detroit (blow the reveille)! I don't think we used the term 'Heavy-Metal' properly until at least '72. But, the term WAS used previously more often than 'documented history' seems to indicate. Well back to the late 60's. I must (reluctantly) agree with you (re:Hendrix). Cream & Hendrix had more to do with the 'birth' of Heavy Metal (1967-68) than most. And, right behind them: The Jeff Beck Group & Zep. They did not (or 'would-not-if-survived') appreciate that tag. Because they were so much more. Some other founding fathers (Blue Cheer, Vanilla Fudge, Steppenwolf, Deep Purple, Iron Butterfly, & more) embrace the (HM) legacy. There was straight 'hard-rock' before these guys. But, these bands stretched it out & amped it up. A 'metallic' alchemy was born. However, they didn't load their entire album(s) with that sort of thing. THAT'S what Black Sabbath pioneered 2 years later. i.e. BS went 'all-in' with HM. Then, Purple flipped (to 'all-in'), Judas Priest, etc. My point is HM was more fully formed that Sabbath desciples seem to realize. Play those old records & see. There,s at least 2 or 3 fully formed HM songs on each. Spare me the IMPO stuff. If you're a player, & you're open-minded, you'll see. 'Deserted Cities of the Heart' indeed. -Dave B.
@@jellobiafra2810 I think it was 12tone that put it like this: There are some bands that claim or could claim to have "invented" Heavy Metal _before_ Black Sabbath. But there is no band that could claim it afterwards. I think that sums it up really well.
I'm Irish and worked in London as a waitress over 20 years ago where they had a great old-fashioned jukebox that only the staff could play by tokens they were given. Mine were eventually taken away because the only song I liked on it was 'Hey Joe' ..
I was lucky enough to see him live at the Fillmore East, New Year's Eve, 1969. He came out about an hour late to boos from the audience and was high as a kite, but once he got into it, he was amazing.
“Let Me Stand Next To Your Fire” is the epitome of the Hendrix sound. Those sustained notes just slay me. Never forget to be proud of your Black heritage, which is *everything* in American music.
What really got missed was Noel, the drummer dropped: threw, actually: a drum-stick and Jimi picked it up, AND gave it BACK, and never lost the groove!!
Funny thing about Noel. He wasn't a bass player when he first met Jimi. Chandler knew Redding was a guitar player and asked him of he could play bass for a little jam with this "American chap". Noel said that he only agreed as a favour to Chandler but when they were done jamming, "this American chap invited me 'round the pub for a pint and asked me to join his band. That bloke was Jimi Hendrix".
@@Sergeant.Longnuts The difference between Redding/Mitchell and Cox/Miles is really an interesting comparison. The fact that Redding wasn't a 'natural bass player' like Billy Cox makes me appreciate how talented Redding really was.

Jimi is the ultimate guitarist. I saw him when I was 14 in 1968. This performance doesn't show all his talent. You should also watch his performance of "Wild Thing" at Monterey Pop Festival where he sets his guitar on fire. Sadly, he passed away young. You need to check out his albums Axis Bold As Love and Electric Ladyland. Then, you will be "experienced!" btw, both Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan could play guitar behind their backs and with their teeth.

Eric Clapton refused to go on stage to play once in England after they let Jimi play. He knew he couldn't top what had just happened. He was playing with his TEETH. None of this was fake. It's from a live concert 😂🤣😂🤣
Most artists at the time didn't want to go on after Jimi because he was so great. BTW, Eric and Jimi were great friends up until Jimi's death.

I love them both
I was fortunate enough to see Hendrix before he died. His encore was the “Star Spangled Banner’ followed by ‘Purple Haze’. Mind blown!

Jimi Hendrix was a genius, REALLY! I'm glad these young men are taking the opportunity to check out Jimi.

He's playing with his teeth when he puts it up to his face. He was amazing. An icon
When Hendrix went to London England to start his career, the first thing he did was to go round all the clubs to see the best of the best the London scene had at the time. But he was aware of everybody, bought their records, knew what they were bringing to the table. One band he REALLY wanted to see was Cream with hot shot guitarist Eric Clapton (Yup, THAT Eric Clapton)
So his managed had arranged for Hendrix not only to be there at a performance of the band but also that he could stay after hours and jam with the band. When Hendrix took the stage he launched into the song "Killing floor" by Albert King, a song Cream always wanted to do but found it "Too difficult." After retrieving his lower jaw from the floor, Clapton watched for a few more minutes before taking his guitar off and walking away.
When Hendrix' manager caught up with him, Clapton was all antsy, going "You told me he was good, you didn't tell me he was THIS fucking good!"
After Hendrix died, Clapton adopted the Fender Stratocaster as his main guitar, in direct tribute to Jimi.
He plays with his teeth, and he also plays behind his head. Not fake, that's Jimi! He also chewed gum laced with Acid
He is not playing with his teeth. He taps with the other hand on the guitars neck. But still Hendrix was one of the coolest cats in history and a genius!

Prince was heavily influenced by Jimi Hendrix. In fact, if you look at how Jimi dressed , you’ll see that Prince got his style from him.

See his Star Spangled Banner rendition at the Woodstock closing.....He loved his LSD. It's a great rendition!
Omg!! YESSS!!!
exactly what i was about to say!
Excellent
Sorry you're all wrong ! Jimi did a lot of acid in the early days of his career but he got tired of "blowing his mind out " ( as he put it ) . If you can find a copy of the DVD Jimi Hendrix plays Woodstock you will see a more sober than not performance by his own admission the band (of gypsies ) passed around a bottle of blue nun wine before the show that morning . Now someone who was tripping on acid at Woodstock was Carlos Santana. ! Also if you find that DVD you'll see that he ended the show with Hey Joe and not the star spangled banner .
Definitely a great pick!!
nearly 50 years after his death, Jimi is still the epitome of cool
This is a good and true statement and I could see these two dudes ripping it up. Start young and never give up.
I totally understand why some have the fake discussion, let's face it the world is still blown away from Jimi and his unbelievable talents.
When we were kids, and this was new, this music was like the sun breaking through the clouds - it wasn't just a "song" it was an experience - a new way to look at the world - Jimi Hendrix broke all the rules and gave us such a gift - so glad I was there

@@TheGreatPresenter Not to take away from or denigrate the accomplishments of others, but to be considered even close to the best when in that kind of company is really hard.

Hendrix, the Father of Metal.
Still hasn't been given his just due.
If you're a player,
& you're open-minded, you'll see.

The 27 club...just so sad!
Rebels in their own way
“Let Me Stand Next To Your Fire” is the epitome of the Hendrix sound. Those sustained notes just slay me. Never forget to be proud of your Black heritage, which is *everything* in American music.
That's why Jimi is a legend.
You twins are so adorable I love the way you make your facial expressions to different genres of music God bless you guys
The best guitarist ever!! He is not fake. Died way to young.
Just try to imagine what else he may have done had he lived a longer life, such a talent to lose so young like so many.
What really got missed was Noel, the drummer dropped: threw, actually: a drum-stick and Jimi picked it up, AND gave it BACK, and never lost the groove!!
Mitch Mitchell is the drummer
@@Sergeant.Longnuts His real name was John "Mitch" Mitchell
@@donniem.7470 yeah
Haaaaahahahahah “is this edited...is this fake...can he really do that?” Brother says “This guy can!” Ha! You’ve never been so right. Hendrix is the King! You guys are awesome! I love watching these videos!
Lololololol
He was a genius! Teeth behind his head. He does it all.
I love these young men. Twins at that! Your parents have raised you well. I know they're proud of you. I am greatly entertained by you both for your deep thinking, openness to new experiences, and your obvious love for music. Thank you!
Yes he really did play with his TEETH. KING guitarist
Jimi Hendrix - best guitarist EVER and by a large margin.
Ahh you have. Roy Clark. And strive ray vaughn and glenn Campbell listen to them all
By a margin, yes, but it's not as large when Stevie Ray Vaughan enters the room.
CoolCalm&CHAOTIC large margin even with SRV in the room. Jimi change the game. SRV was a great player in the game, but jimi changed the way it was played.
@@exuma6 And therein lies the margin, albeit small.
mikepodella A very very large margin. Rolling Stone did this list. Stevie Ray was second
Mary,
I believe that Jimi's family allowed Stevie Ray Vaughn play some Jimi's songs because he plays like Jimi.
This video is at the Monterey Festival.First concert Jimi and The Experience did over his country in 1967.
What about "Wind cries Mary" 😀
@@monotonous1763 Yeah, that's a great song too.
@@markriobr That's right; I can tell by his shirt.
Love watching your reaction to this! Jimi was pure magic with a guitar, and I love seeing you discover him.
