Something about Adam's teaching that makes everything he says so easy to digest. Regardless of how tricky it can be.

I think its the vocabulary. Every word he uses to talk about drums is incredibly clear and thought-out, even if he does or doesn't use a script. He chooses words that all drummers, and a lot of musicians in general, will understand

This is great, Adam! Still using your new app too, and have turned some students onto it too. One of the things I like about your patterns and instruction, is that you challenge players, no matter their level of proficiency. The design and interface of ODTV makes it super easy to navigate and learn specific things related to what you're interested in as a drummer.
This is a great groove and demonstration, and based off of some stuff I'm already working on myself right now. So, relative perfect timing (pun totally intended)! Thanks, Adam!

Great lesson man! I appreciate too much your contributions to drummers (and percussionists) of all skill levels. I've been following you for several years and always find awesome lessons like this one. I was searching for this particular lesson, and I got it! Highly recommend your videos, app and webpage. Thank you Adam! GBU
    P. D: The style of that groove reminds me Jeff Porcaro 🤓🔥🔥

Much better camera angle for teaching. Also, it's easier to concentrate on the lesson when we can't be distracted by your handsome face.
