Thanks for watching friends! 🙏🏼 Use #OrlandoDrummer to show me your versions of this fill! I’m reposting some of my favs on Insta. The track used in this video is the 2nd Loop in my R&B Loop Pack, which is currently available to Members of OrlandoDrummer.com | Full Loop Pack can be purchased in early February.
I’m pushing 60 and wish I had exposure to this when I was young. Teachers make a huge impact. I am thankful for this and will sit down behind my old kit tonight, be lucky to hit 50 bpm. Lol. Thank you for the cool lick.
eulalio garcia I’m with you mate. I’m not a drummer either, I’m a piano player, and I will get the drummers I play with to subscribe to this channel for sure as it is enjoyable and educational to watch, even for myself.
Geez Adam that was ridiculous. Well actually all of your stuff is ridiculous. You’re a great teacher, you do an amazing job of breaking things down and simplifying what looks like its going to impossible.
Just wanted to drop a note from Switzerland. Love your Videos...well done....great grooves and examples...very well explained!! Keep this up the Drummerworld needs people like you!!!
Thanks so much for sharing. I put my sticks down 35 years ago because life got in the way. Watching you play this morning will inspire me to pick up those sticks again.
Whew! This one is TOUGH, but it is equally awesome! If you are struggling with this, SLOW IT DOWN and take your time. You aren't going to learn something this B@D@SS in 10 minutes. Slow & steady wins the race! Had to start quite a bit slower (40bpm) to get the 32nd note sticking and drum pattern down, but once I had that dialed in, it was off to the races. Still only have it consistently at 75 bpm, but 32nd's at 75 is still a blur! But I'm chipping away at this 15bpm difference daily. Thanks for the great content as always Adam!
Damn! No false advert here... At 90bpm that just may very well be the coolest fill on RUclips, indeed! Thank you, sir. It's gonna hurt my brains for a few days, but I'll get there.
This really made me realise the level I was actually at. I watched it and thought "pfftt, I can't play that.." Turns out I can. 😊 Awesome lesson as always.
Hi Orlando. I watched this video and I loved it. Dude! This is the tipe of fills that I dream to do and the music that is been played is so beautiful that I can feel it in my soul. I know it's going to take me a long time to master it, bu I definitely going to practice it. Thank you very much. You are awesome man. I hope you get thousands of likes. I love those sixteenth notes. I give you a big, big, BIG like.
Adam, great job man! I haven’t watched many of your videos for a few years. I wasn’t able to practice for a while after I moved out of state. I just got a new set and now have a room where I can setup my kit... Started watching your videos again, and I gotta say, you have brought your drumming to a new level! I hope you continue to succeed in your teaching endeavors! You do such a great job at it.
A question for Adam - do you create these from the mathematical starting point (i.e. 6-6-4) then turn those into rudiments/sticking, or do you start with the full phrase and break-it down into its easiest components?
Man I wish I was this good at drums. Been 5-6 years and I’m still kinda average. Only really just got the hang of buzzing with my right hand and nearly the left hand too
This will probably be very easy for someone to explain to me, but I'm not the best drummer and I've never been able to actually hit the kick at fast tempos like my foot just doesn't really move fast enough, does anyone have 'tips' to get better at this?
Just for the record another way you can play this is 32nd is to start the fill on the count of three. That way you can choose to do with only the first or second half of the grouping
Now I remember why I watched your videos in the past. Always on point and fun to play. Although I couldn't get them up to speed, I would play them at a slow speed not as a fill, but as an actual groove. Time for me to revisit some of your lessons.
Wow Adam. I love this creation. So smooth and incredibly tasty at tempo. I love your playing man. Thanks for this great fill lesson. I will work hard on this one

May I know what rudiments or sticking to practise to help practise this fill better and making as fluid?
Dude you're one of my favorite drummers bro...I straight up jack all ya shiz-nit from here, I would love a sit down wit ya bro I'm in Florida also.
Thank you for this great idea! Greetings from Bosnia :)
Can you please start putting the Rights and lefts on the patterns at the end?!
Man i loved it and the clear explanation you gave is fucking great
Just when I thought I had no plans tonight.
On God. Lol bout to go learn this
Dude how the heck do you play at night? Do you have a sound proof room?
Sounds great dude! Really feeling that loop...

I love how the hi-hat hisses.
I assume he has a gate on every track. That's why it would have such a crisp sizzle. If not though then yeah that hi-hat is signature
Logan Pierce I do not use gates. It’s just how the hats sound 🤷🏻♂️ lol
@@AdamTuminaro aawwww snap
just meinl byzance thing ma man
almost sounds like its distorting a little bit
Lol. Yeah. There goes my evening.
I've been working on this for an hour straight now and only have it clean to 82 BPM... Good lord, I think you win this time Adam.
Same here lol. Got it up to 80 tonight but i still want to try to push 90
Damn... im only at 77bpm so far... need to work more on the muscle memory of the secret part, thats where i always get thrown off
I don't play drums, I'm actually a guitarrist but, I enjoy Adam's playing so much. I wish I had time to practice drums too
eulalio garcia I’m with you mate. I’m not a drummer either, I’m a piano player, and I will get the drummers I play with to subscribe to this channel for sure as it is enjoyable and educational to watch, even for myself.

Everytime I feel a bit demotivated with my drumming here comes another video from Orlando Drummer
Geez Adam that was ridiculous. Well actually all of your stuff is ridiculous. You’re a great teacher, you do an amazing job of breaking things down and simplifying what looks like its going to impossible.
Hard to say if it's the BEST... But damn if it ain't up there 🤘😱☠️
Just wanted to drop a note from Switzerland. Love your Videos...well done....great grooves and examples...very well explained!! Keep this up the Drummerworld needs people like you!!!
Awesome Fills and grooves Adam!! Keep killing it brother! I love linear fills!
When I first read the title, I said: oh! just another clickbait. Then I realize that in fact is the a really cool lick. Thanks a lot
He looks like the kind of guy who says
'yeah I play a bit of drums'
then shits on every drummer in a 10 mile radius
I didn’t fully appreciate how lightning fast Adam is until trying to play this at 90bpm! 🥵
Thanks so much for sharing. I put my sticks down 35 years ago because life got in the way. Watching you play this morning will inspire me to pick up those sticks again.
That drum kit sounds really crisp!
Holy smokes dude. This fill RULES! I'll be learning this one for sure. And that snare man... That thing is on point!

Outstanding. Drummers on the net are always looking for cool sounding linear fills
Thanks for this
I would focus on how to form ideas rather than some pattern.
Thank you very much for this great lesson!!! Much grateful!!!
Which weight do you have in your beater? I personally use the 10g, the 20g was hurting my knee when I played a extended passage of doubles
Man I wish I was this good at drums. Been 5-6 years and I’m still kinda average. Only really just got the hang of buzzing with my right hand and nearly the left hand too
Dynamite!!!!!!!
It's the coolest fill Adam!! No doubt haha!! Killer man!!
Saved this video at work and learned this when I got home 🤙🏽 awesome lick!
This will probably be very easy for someone to explain to me, but I'm not the best drummer and I've never been able to actually hit the kick at fast tempos like my foot just doesn't really move fast enough, does anyone have 'tips' to get better at this?
Incredible. Smoother than a baby's ass (I can say this...I'm a father)!
That's a subscription right there. I don't play drums
I am up to 86BPM...maaan I feel like I have achieved 🤣🤣

Excellent Job Orlando Drummer, 👍👍
Great fill and lesson! And the crash, oh man .. anyone know the Meinl model? 🥁
Jonas Verlo 20” meinl byzance extra dry thin crash
Great performance and an intuitive way of application. Congratulation
68 people don't have the manual dexterity to like this video.
Hot damn please tell me about that snare drum. All your drums have such strong attack but that snare is practically a marching snare.
Muy buena clase, como siempre,,, grácias!!
I don’t know if it’s the coolest, but it’s pretty damn cool!!
How do you come up with this stuff? These are the kinds of things I'd like to write.
Que bueno que pongan partituras, porque no se hablar ingles, pero por las partituras puedo entender como hacer el fill
Just for the record another way you can play this is 32nd is to start the fill on the count of three. That way you can choose to do with only the first or second half of the grouping
Very cool! Time to work on these ideas... Great video!

HELP ME TOM CRUISE, HELP ME OPRAH WINFREY
This fill sounds best at 90bpm
The track is SLAMMING! I wanna bang it! Even with your drum track on it. So dope!!!!!
Thank you very much Sir.
Anyone has 3 minutes jazz music in this beat?
You should do a troll video with this title but it’s a basic 8th note fill
Tnx bro ! Awesome fill 🔥👏🏻
