Selling cars can be very painful and frustrating as half of the people who make these insulting offers don't have the money to start with. Unfortunately it is not a sellers market anywhere in the world right now so these annoying dreamers are in full flight and think they can get the car for next to nothing. Best of luck with your sale and lets hope the tyre kickers do not disturb you

I had this issue before, so I always include on the bill of sale that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Period. I hope you kept the deposit-it’s his loss-or did you refund it? Time was wasted, and you also had to store the car.
Always take a 20% deposit and give a two-week window for the final payment. We’re adults, not kids buying toy cars. It’s a stunning car, and situations like this shouldn’t happen.

@ I sell cars , I have had more than my fair share of messers ! customers have to many rights ! buy getting a 20%deposit On a £60k car and keeping it is greedy !

@@MaxMax-th7uz The seller seems to have given the buyer every opportunity. Remember, the seller now has a car that is marked as sold. This means they are liable to keep the car in show condition and store it, which takes time and resources. Other buyers are lost in the process, leading to significant revenue loss.
I get your point, and that's exactly why I said buyers are not kids-they are fully grown adults. Don’t get into a situation unless you are 100% ready to deal with it.

Love the content & vids but common man 2 & a half days just ain’t enough to get summit brilliantly perfect,
The level of detail that can be dosed into these cars is unbelievable,
I wouldn’t of seen it out my shop for a minimum 4-5 days to even gain the life back into it,
Taking in to account if it’s that mint of a car with paper work history etc,

Returned the car back to the garage i got it from. They then said oh we can’t find any of the documents. Which I left in the car. Had to go get a new v5c. If you’ve received a deposit, that’s part performance of the contract. Now that it’s clear that the purchaser will not honour his part, you can take reasonable steps to resell it (which you have by posting this video) and, if you can be bothered, look to the original purchaser for any loss you’ve suffered by his breach. That means sue him. You may not want to. It’s a pain. But he’s way more likely to have, say, £5000 than £55,000. Good luck,

Euro prices are asking and not sold prices. Not many have 60k cash to spend on a car. You may have had offers online, totally different to someone coming up with cash and viewing the car. I disagree, the person who did not buy the car new what he was getting himself into! If Raj sells a car that needs a bit of work he highlights what needs to be done. If a person then takes it upon themselves to do it that is not Raj fault, it is normal. If known issues are not declared that is another issue.
Some people buy cars that need work , obviously if work is done the price will increase. Because the price it is now reflects the condition.
If you have a car with defects you will advertise it at a certain price , if you get work done the would not be the same. And Raj has a collection, he is not car dealer so VAT is not needed. Not been funny but you do not know much about cars how you coming across

Every time I have sold a car, I always put on the receipt ie full. Payment to be made within 7days minus non refundable deposit and car to be collected within 7 days, another 7 days grace will be given at £50 per day storage charges and car will be back on the market after with a lower price ... Minus the deposit
I know of a seller, that kept 10k deposit on a car that was originally sold for over 6 figures...
The buyers had more money than sense... These things happen in the car buying, selling side
Good. Luck with the sale of the E30 M3..
