People do die unexpectedly. Plus, a lot of the time it's money . A lot of places like this in the UK are owned by banks after taking assets off of people but not bothering to do anything as the land is what they are interested In rather than the hassle of dealing with a load of cars in bits . They sit on them for years before doing anything. Also most of the cars outside would have been worth nothing when they were parked there .
I'm all for just letting people enjoy their collections but this is sad. At the very least some of these might be useable for parts. Others could be put on the road with work. Just sell the lot at auction no reserve on anything.
Seeing you exploring with Colin and James is absolutely brilliant! I have followed Colin for many years now and James more recently and it is great to see you with them. 😁 Yes please to more videos like this!
It's not a waste, most of these cars would have been scrapped a long time ago. Maybe not the best way to preserve cars but they're still around at least.
When these were parked. Just old used, broken and rusty cars, nobody wanted. Costs more to fix than it’s worth back then. Now they’re worth fixing. If you have Money, lots and lots of money.
All the RUclipsrs should try buying whole yard and cars. When these were parked. Just old used, broken and rusty cars, nobody wanted. Costs more to fix than it’s worth back then. Now they’re worth fixing. If you have Money, lots and lots of money.
Fun and a little sad taking a look at these fading gems, but most old cars on the road now have been through the hands of a hoarder at some time - otherwise they wouldn't have survived to now. Good stuff, let me know if you need an accomplice :)
The Land Rover at 6:10 is quite a rare 1959 Series 2, rather than the Series 1 as suggested. Only made for 3 years from 1958-1961 and not to be confused the the Series 2a which had a much longer production run. Cool vehicle and like a lot of the cars in video, would love to get my hands on it.
Good ol' 245 I'd love to get my hands on a "barn find" 240. Would bring me back to being 16 and wanting a 240 wagon as my first car. I would walk around junk yards finding small parts to fix it up when I had spare time. I like the 7 and 9 series more, but the 240 holds the top position in my heart. I fixed up about 5 of them bought for $100 -$1000 before I was 18.
It's incredibly sad to see all of those cars just sitting there. I'm hopeful that the owner/owners haven't forgotten about them, especially because of the powered workshop area that had relatively clean looking tools around, as well as the other signs of recent life such as the big TV. A few of my favourites, therefore most painful to see for me, would be the Saabs, Jaguar XK8s as well as the other range of Jaguars, TVR Chimaera, Audi 100, Jensen Interceptor, Alfa Romeo Spider, Citroen BX, CX, BMW 6 Series and most of all, the Aston Martin DBS. I really hope some of those cars are eventually saved. I really did like this video, was really interesting seeing all of those cars, if equally as sad too.
superb video ,,,the xr3i convertable..what a find ...I own a 1972 114 couple..need to do the resto...this video kicked me into gear ..just better get some more money lol
Enjoyed this video, it was really interesting to see, what an amazing find to see all those cars there and also quite sad too to see them all rotting away like that 😭😭
Another great video Adam going from epic trip to Le Mans to trying not to get tetanus in a barn and everything in between you never know what video is next why I love this channel the variety is endless Next video will be Adam Arriving in a balaclava and heavies with a transporter for all of those MGB’s😂😂
Super interesting. I don't suppose in your unedited footage you managed to note the registration numbers of the two XJ40 Jags in the main barn? Would be super helpful to add them to the register if we dont have them already!
This was a fun video and sum thing diffrent other then car meets can u do more videos like this please i enjoyed this so much cant wait to see more content like this in the future
That model of DBS was in a James Bond Film…….it’s the film no one watches or talks about “on her majesty’s secret service” and Diana Rigg was killed in it.
I think you should do more as they don’t really no there cars when they see them and you no them straight away and it something different then car shows and meets
I used to live in my old house and I saw a house where there was abandoned cars like 2 MG tf’s there was a jaguar XJS I think,it wasn’t pretty shown and I don’t really like good cars abandoned
19:46 someone should restore that Impala it's not in too bad shape and it's the most sought after model year. Take that back to the states it'll be worth shit tons
good to try new video concepts i really enjoy this sort of thing
Yes, this is very fun to watch :>
I also follow both other channel guys, so it's fun to see you all together x3
I loved this. Watched it after the latest desert crawl in the US, I missed it when it was released.
Nice to see someone with actual car knowledge . Looking around these place
Literally
Wish I had the money and time to just buy up all these cars and bring them back to glory. What a find!
You fing mad or something 😂
@@kamikazekaos Most certainly, but I love restoring cars too lol. I'd only do this if I had euro millions money and can do wtf I wanted lol
make me sick these sort of people hording all this good stuff just letting it all rot
a lot of these probably would've been lost to the scrappage scheme if they weren't here
@@wh0reb0t they are lost anyway

@@srtwiq he's right. If they weren't sitting on these properties they'd be sitting on your table as a pop can 😢

My kind of thing is this, I search far and wide for such content.
Thankyou Mr C
We absolutely loved having you with us mate - there will be more to come!
Far better than all the car park videos
Seeing you exploring with Colin and James is absolutely brilliant! I have followed Colin for many years now and James more recently and it is great to see you with them. 😁 Yes please to more videos like this!
The cars are sad to see but all the stuff blows my mind.
How did this place end up with these cars and such random things piled up so high??
Great video, loved exploring all these amazing cars with you.
Thank you
@@AdamC3046 great video exploring all them old cars a man's heaven 😁👍
Don’t show Taylor Hetherington that 635
I thought the same.. then was tempted myself haha
Or M539 Restorations.
How sad to see someone's collection end up like this. I wish they'd just put it all up for auction some time. Most are still savable now
I really enjoy these types of videos. Please do more 🙏
What a waste
People who do this should be locked up 😢

Brilliant video. Some fascinating stuff and your knowledge is mightily impressive. Definitely do more of this.
Absolutely LOVED this Adam! You are a fine host what with that encyclopedic car knowledge you possess. Can I have MORE please???
3 TV reg must be worth 20k at least
Min price for a 1x2 or 2x1 is 40k, ranging up to 1m for desirable ones.
And still assigned to the jag according to dvla check
Worth north of £30k but will need recommissioning (mot’d) before you can take it off, crazy that it’s left on there rotting.
What does 1x2 or 2x1 mean sorry
What a fun video. Being from us we own ask a family Cadillacs and we had a ford coupe. Thanks Adam

1st 2nd and 3rd place of car of the year go to....The Morris, the Herald and the 3i convertible 😂
Love it something different abit of exploring abandoned cars 😂
3TV MOT expired on
31 July 2010 - so it hasn’t been there as long as you’d think!
14-15 years, that's long.
I'd have been in school.
Great look around, classic cars have so much character and are so much more interesting imho

Good work Adam, just what your channel needs. Hope you excel bud
19:46 beautiful biscayne impala
Noooo that poor rangy and series 2 in the barn and NOOOO the LR series 1 at 8:08😢 and the blue LWB
Great vlog Adam and such a shame these cars are going to waste. 😭🚘
This was like watching shed and buried on acid ! My jaw has got splinters from my wooden floor ! Umber fxxxxxing believable

The amount of people that would fork out money to save these
Best car was Definitely the Old School El Camino.. Cool Find
Hmm... there was no El Camino here 🤔
@@AdamC3046 Correct I meant to say Impala.. Hopefully it made people watch the video again to search for it.
That's AdamC to the discovery....
Well that was depressing
Don't walk around a scrap yard then... All these old cars are long crushed, with modern plastic cars sitting there waiting to be crushed.
feels like being inside a post apocalypse movie
i want more of this
Absolutely shocking to see these once great motors laid to rest .
i enjoyed watching this
Keep up the great work Adam 😎🤘
Buy it all adam do a raffle win a car to get restored or a projects 👍 👍 it's a shame there all sat there doing nothing or not in a museum 👍
Loved it Adam
Loved this, would love to see more
How does this even happen...at this scale...with all these cars from varying eras too...
would love to see more of theese
I think Ben at Tasty classics would have a field day here
I dont think MOT in a can could save a lot of these cars but i'd certainly burn 2 hours watching em try
I'm sure that Impala was listed for sale months ago on Facebook?
like being in a kids sweet shop.😍
The question is, why? There's hoarding, and then there's this. Heartbreaking
Shame to see all these cars sit and rust away it would be cool if some of them got fixed up and put back on the road again
Loved this
Still some good cas there definitely and some moneys worth
That person has single handedly pushed up the prices of MGBs 😂
The aston is the most valuable think there but 99% of the cars there are not worth fixing as there worth only a few k if they ran
For a minute i generally thought that Citron was part of there stock 😂
🤣
