  • We continue the series of preparations in the autoclave, today it is beans with pork. Unexpectedly, two recipes turned out - one contains meat and beans in an approximate ratio of 1:3, and the second portion is 1:1. I will note right away - if you want to get a thick consistency, then add boiled water to the jars, without adding more than 2 cm to the edge of the jar. The "dry" method is presented in the video.
    The necessary products (all in approximate proportions) for 1 half-liter jar
    beans - 100 g;
    meat (for example, pork) - 100 g;
    salt - a pinch of about 5 g;
    bay leaf - 0.5 pcs.;
    black pepper peas - 5 pcs.;
    fried carrots and onions - 1 tbsp. l. (optional).

    Autoclaving temperature 110°C, time 40 minutes.
