BYU Vocal Point - Home for Me

BYU Vocal Point performing their original song "Home for Me" at The Wall on BYU campus. This song is incredible! One of my absolute favorites. Also, Bryce, why are you wearing different shoes than everyone else? I suppose I can forgive you, since this song basically makes me want to fall in love with you. Well, mostly that note you hit at 3:26. That's really nice.
Also, I'm taking the liberty of dedicating this to all of the wonderful friends I've made this year at BYU. You made the big, scary world of college a home for me, and I cannot thank you enough :) Be back soon, Provo!

This is a lovely song and Bryce nails it. Does anyone know where I can find the words? I can make out most of them on the single but not quite all. I know it's a Vocal Point original, but I'm curious who actually wrote and arranged it.
