Looks like a lot of short term… very short term ideas. Wallpaper on the floor, spray paint on faucets.. might work to get money out of a sale but going to be a long term nightmare.
Some are better than others, just be careful.
If you cleaned & stripped the floor super good, applied the contact paper, then followed up with something like polyurethane or even several coats of Future floor wax, that stuff would be sealed & last quite awhile, which is kinda the point, especially if one lived in a Rental... just saying!

I've been contemplating covering my kitchen floor with contact paper for a couple months
Clean & strip it 1st to get it super clean; then after applying the contact paper, apply a couple coats of polyurethane or several of something like Futue floor polish. It should last quite awhile

Slow the speed down, or just watch it a few times
Click on the setting icon that looks like a gear. Select playback speed, then .75 It will run at 3/4 speed. I like to speed up videos when people talk too slow or waste time when they repeat things a lot 😊 😊
