The only thing I would add is maybe make sure the glass your using is thick enough so not too break.

I eat my kiwi like this : out a bit of the top of and hold it like a bowl and eat the inside with a teaspoon. Yum lol

I use a potato pealer for kiwi and mango. Moving the cutter side to side while cutting, like a knife.
