- The Venom GT used to be a meme and it was one of the worse S2-Class car in Forza Horizon 4. Now you can downgrade it into S1-Class and it is actually pretty good! With 1200HP of American Powah and surprisingly easy to drive!

Hennessey Venom GT S1-Class RWD Performance Review:
The Venom GT is considered a RWD powerbuild for S1-Class. It is pretty decent but not the best. Obviously to drive it, you have to upshift to 4th or 5th gear for low speed turns and the engine's powerband is actually pretty good at low revs. Once you go into medium speed, the car has no issues for traction.
Handling wise it is a bit understeery so you have to watch those high speed turns. On the straights this thing flies especially for sprint races. On circuit races, not so much.

@@djibrillesalako3765 from my experience in FH5 it is drivable if you know what you're doing. I'd recommend leaving the wing up if you plan on racing it though

it grips better than a mountain climber at high speed straights, just be patient w/throttle on corners and zoom past everyone
It's one of those cars that can be a beast if you learn how to drive properly.
i remember destroying players with it in FH4 even tho it wasn't a "meta" car.

yeah agreed that's why I didn't like a lot of the past games you couldn't even be competitive with half the cars because if you picked them you're just giving yourself a disadvantage. some cars are still trash though handling wise no matter how much you tune them lol.

what the hell you on about? s1 and s2 an AWD car with a decent tune compared to the same but RWD still has literally no downsides, usually lower PI even.

@@TheSlowestStart Set front acceleration and deceleration diffs to 0%. Rear acceleration to 23%, rear deceleration to 100%, center diff to 76%. I do this to all my AWD tunes, it works pretty good. At least for offroading and dirt racing (I have a WR and many top 1% rivals runs in AWD cars I've tuned)

Because they both take very little skill. All grip no power. The MC12 also is gorgeous which is a BIG plus

There's nothing weird about it lol. He was shifting early to prevent wheelspin as you have 1200HP going straight to the rear wheels
@@thevalorousdong7675 I know. I meant weird as in the way you have to drive this car is different to the rest. Constantly at high gear just to prevent losing control and with the acceleration slowly building up just reminded me of driving the Regera.
@@mun123keet Nah, that's any car that's RWD. You can't just mash the gas all the way down or else it'll spin and slide. Look at the P1 for example as well

This was my favorite R-class car in Forza MS6. I took this bad boy on a world tour in rivals.
Venom gt is basically banana with f-22 engine with skis
Now imagine if you could tune boost by gear on this game, would make these big turbo cars insane.
Boost by gear? Is that the boost increasing or decreasing depending on the gear?

This car looks like an absolute nightmare to handle, but I can see why it’s viable due to the crazy speed.
I’d just rather drive something that’s a little more planted which is why I use the AWD ‘05 Ford GT.

I also found you can put a Hoonicorn into S1 class (the handling stat looks deceiving but it gets similar Gs to a power tuned Elise GT1) it’s even more of a death trap though lol
I have yet to obtain a venom but have had lots of fun messing about with downgraded S1 cars like Veneno, AMG One, 918 Spyder, and Vulcan AMR
Yep lots previously only S2-class cars now works on S1. Veyron, Huayra BC, P1, Sesto Elemento, F40C can all be downgraded as well.
Hey, Grandma, please do more Venom GT vids. That thing is wild. Few cars get the mad combination of power and weight (or lack thereof). I remember driving it in Forza Horizon. It took a lot of skills just to not crash. So I feel you.
Also, we can take that as a challenge (because it is hard to control).

My throttle management is far too poor to use the Venom. I will be using this tune for it though, so thanks for the share code!
Try using traction control on this thing, makes it way easier to control.

Would it be possible to make some kind of "best cars for each class" -tierlist? I am very much out of the loop, didn't really race all too much in FH4 either. I could also just use whatever I want but some kind of knowledge of what is good and what isn't would be great, you'd also rack up views with a video like that if that interests you.

What AI difficulty are you playing at? Since im struggling my ass off on Pro with stock cars xD
you should only run tuned cars when youre in pro difficulty now. expert is the line for stock cars. anything pro and unbeatable are actually difficult even with tuned cars

Ford GT right now is probably the best AWD swapped car. And yes the Ford GT is faster than this.

Wait, are RWD cars are now competitive instead of AWD cars? Back in FH4 we used to convert our cars to AWD.
RWD Powerbuilds are faster in FH4, but they are difficult to drive. Now RWD is much easier in Forza Horizon 5 and balanced RWD are much better now. AWD swaps are still viable and it is still very good on some cars.
I won too many races online with rwd. Even won off road races with rwd, many of you are just noobs at throttle and brake control. Once you master it in Forza Motorsport it becomes a breeze in Horizon.
Btw try murcielago top s1 class it has good grip and handling

Try Huracan Performante, its first car I was able to beat ubeatable AI in S1
Is it just me or do the cars feel like they understeer a lot in this game?
They can be under very heavy breaking. A couple of tweaks to your downforce balance can usually iron it out tho.
I'm not having any issues with understeer unless I completely miss a breaking point (playing on wheel). I understeer less with ABS off also which leads to proper breaking. If you're triggering ABS as much as this guy is, you really aren't breaking properly....
The Venom GT has very high understeer, even on very high oversteer settings. That is why it is one of the worst cars in FH4.
You just gotta learn how to coast into corner instead of breaking into them.
Best tips to be faster? I’m fast on motor sport & gran turismo but can’t seem to drive the same on FH5

You have to keep the car in 5th so it won't wheelspin, pretty funny. I prefer it being an s1. It was too fast as an s2 in the previous game.

RWD makes it a little bit hard to control, but I believe it has a much better performance on the straight road.

Toxic people are easy to pass and not very good, hence they are usually at the back of the pack. There are also anti-divebomb systems in place. The only way to experience toxic players is for me to purposely slow down and "experience Nice Driving".
