    I thought that training under different sizes of gravity would not be very helpful, but this machine was interesting because it not only helped injured players recover quickly but also reduced the strain during their regular training. I first learned about air differential pressure technology, which allows them to create lift by sealing only the moving parts of my legs, not all of the spaces, and I hope this technology will be advanced further so that it can be used easily in average houses.

    I got the chance to use one of these today, and they're not just for injuries. Being 66 pounds overweight, I wanted to experience a glimpse ten months into the future, when I would be free of of my extra weight. In a span of ten seconds, I could change my weight back and forth between my current weight and my goal weight. I was absolutely shocked. What surprised me most is how badly my excess weight places severe strain my hip joints and heels. I could literally feel the ball joints in my hips being rammed into the sockets as I returned to normal weight. In one sense, it was horrifying....but on the other hand, it was such a liberating experience to know that majorly healthy changes are coming.

    Elastic suspension from a hoist may give a similar benefit.

      The only problem is rehabilitation centers have been doing that for years and it doesn't have a cool name like anti-gravity. lol
      Cheers mate.

    Very nice although it would be good if the speed went higher than 12MPH especially for elite athletes. They run at that speed for marathons so please increase the speed maybe to 15MPH and same with the incline

      AlterG makes a model called the Pro200 that exceeds 12mph. It is tailor-made for elite performance athletes. It's amazing.

      The alterG pro is some piece of kit. We would love to get it into our Core Physio rehabilitation site. Help with our elite runners and sports clients.

      How do you compare something with another thing that you've never even experienced at all.
      You're right, it's just mindless propaganda!!

    • @brollona3948
      @brollona3948 7 лет назад +2

      Because this is cheep gimmick. You don't need pressurized balloon to reduce persons wight, elastic bands can do the same and they are more comfortable and cheaper, and they are already in use. This is just advertising trick. Cheers.
