Gabriel is one of the most underrated weightlifters in my opinion, I can do a decent squat cause of him and his programs are very effective if followed correctly on top of recovery and eating well. Genuinely a great guy, very humble and knowledgeable about his craft. Much respect to him! Thanks for doing this podcast!!
