"my mom's a teacher" "my parents are small business owners" and on and on and on. she'll be promoing dippin dots next and saying her husband's an astronaut.
Changed tone of voice, changed accent. I don't get why you'd wanna change from a normal pleasant female voice to the voice of a male grizzled Boston cop who's a week away from retirement.
My jaw dropped when you showed the side by side of her giving an honest review of the product BEFORE they were paying her and then months later saying it changed her life and is the best once they started paying her 😳
Right 😂 It was only a matter of a couple months that she showed not like it and then loving it. I would be way too afraid my viewers would remember me just reviewing it and not liking it. It was the same exact product… packaging an all!
This one hit the hardest bc it's the most cut and dry example of the lies. A couple months and some $$, she goes from "oh this is whatever" to "OMG LIFE CHANGING product WOW." 🤮🤮
@@Weeks25 i think at this point, she couldn't remember AND keep up with her lies anymore. It's anything to generate her the money, she'd do it in a heartbeat.
I blocked her long ago when I realized she was a liar. She would review a product, hate it, then two weeks later she would make a paid ad for the same product and "loved" the product.
It’s crazy that even though she’s known for being dishonest, soooo many brands still want to work with her. Just goes to show all brands care about is followers and not integrity
mr. beast was right about one thing, attention is like the most important form of currency. these brands don’t care about her reputation or integrity so long as it’s not a brand liability, they want the most bang for their buck. the most viewership and outreach for their adspend. and mikayla is the bumbling salesmen on the other end shilling out anything that comes her way
It’s so annoying when they say that, especially the ones where it’s so obvious they were contractually obligated to promote the brand like once a month, and that’s why they have been “using it for sooo long” lol
The thing is everyone's skin is so different you literally have to test different washes and creams to see what goes best with your own skin. My oldest daughter has eczema what works for her won't work for everyone else with eczema. It's all different . I know some people who use dishsoap and it works , so many other things that work for them that doesn't work for my daughters. The same applies to all our skins as well. You could use loreal vitamin c mask and it doesn't do a thing for up but the next woman. Could use it and it could work nice for her.
They always just LOVE the product that they've been using for AGES, right? What with the new, fresh, completely full bottles and tubes. I'd believe people if their "favorite most amazing product" _ever_ looked like it's been used before.
I am sooooooooo appreciative that you are exposing these criminals. That’s EXACTLY what someone like the morally corrupt individual is, who is the focus of this video. I didn’t realize how much filters changed a person until I seen the photos and video clips of her side-by-side. I guess I kinda knew, but I didn’t realize how much of a difference it made until you showed it. Talk about false advertising, I’m amazed that companies are OK with this even though they probably make a lot of money from it. It goes to show they don’t really care about young people and their mental health, just their bottom line.
Her natural speaking voice is actually quite nice, I don’t understand why she puts on that horrible fake one! The Kim Karrrdayyyshiunnn thing grates on my ears.
Why do people listen to influencers??? We KNOW everything is an AD, Instagram and tik tok are literally just an endless scroll of advertisements I do not understand…
I feel the same way. I wouldn’t trust an influencer (or celebrities) for anything in the world. They get paid to advertise to you. They’ll say literally anything.
People's critical thinking skills are in the gutter unfortunately. But to the credit of the masses, RUclips didn't used to be like this. People came to RUclips because they wanted honest reviews from people instead of an ad. People used to be criticized for getting sponsorships but now monetization and becoming a full time content creator. People didn't seem to notice when "creators" started popping up only reviewing stuff sent to them or that they had a code for. They don't assume that the creator is only going to give positives so that they can ensure their check. People themselves are always looking out for their next product that they "need" and can ensure gets "positive reviews"
I agree. No brassiness at all. I love her makeup too....natural and soft but also flattering. Not ridiculously overdone. She definitely knows how to pick/wear/use colors that naturally flatter her skin tone! I have similar natural hair color and struggle with toning the brassiness down.
Tbf most of the followers on tiktok are bots, that's why it's so easy to get followers on there & the numbers are so excessively inflated compared to other social media platforms. 1million tiktok followers is about the equivalent of 10k RUclips subscribers.
As someone who works as a nurse on nights and does 12 hour shifts, I’d love to see some of these influencers follow me around and find out how “hard” they work as an influencer.
Jobs can be difficult in different ways. Mentally, Physically.. Social Media jobs can be hard, yes.. I dont think I count *Influencer* under it. I just cant see it as real job compared to so many others, who actually work hard, with very little breaks and just as much backlash, because its the Internet. And of course @madelinehorn9748, comparing it to jobs like Nurses, in general healthcare.. How can one? Your job is mentally, physically, emotionally hard and you guys do so much for way to little compensation. I would rather do one day an Influencer Job, instead of doing one whole day the job of a nurse. I know fully well that I could never do the later, for many reasons. Meanwhile Influencer? Oh no, I have to unpackage things and film something on my mobile.. how terrible. How will I ever cope?!
It’s so funny listening to the “TRY it for a day” as I’ve been at work since 3am unloading trucks and putting out freight thinking GOD how id love to see her try this job 😂😂
I didn’t even know she existed until someone spoke about her in a RUclips video and this is the second time in years since I’ve come across her….unfortunately for me 😅
i’m so glad you actually talked in length about the fake accent because i think that’s probably one of the craziest things i’ve ever heard 😭 actively changing your voice EVERY DAY for attention is UNHINGED.
Well, from a Linguist's perspective, I don't find that weird at all actually. People can have multiple dialects and will code switch between those dialects. That dialect definitely doesn't seem natural to her, at least not completely, but I could see her possibly having a more minor Boston accent that she has code switched from in the past
Do you know who also change their voice for attention? Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of Theranos, who is sentenced to many years in prison from stealing from her investors and stealing proprietary technology from other companies and their LAB analyzers.. She deepened her voice, as well as dressed like Steve Jobs.. Some people value money over their morals.
I lived in Boston for 10 years and my husband was born and raised there. Absolutely NO ONE sounds like that! Her accent sounds like the Boston accent that people use to make fun of actual Bostonians

I only know 1 person who kinda sounds like this but it’s only with certain words and it’s not nearly this intense. She might have a slight Bostonian twang and is exaggerating it but idk.

What’s crazy about this is the media is pushing her like crazy because I never knew who she was and now she’s all over TikTok like every other scrolll she’s there but people are catching on fast ! She should stop before she ends up having to pay everyone back for the lies and deception.
She also fakes the accent. There were old videos of her talking “normally” and then as she got more popular, she started to really make sure the accent was loud and clear. It’s all part of the gimmick
I’m diabetic and now thanks to idiots using it for weight loss the NHS can’t get my insulin. I live in Scotland and I can’t get it at all. Meaning I’ve had to completely readjust to a new insulin.
If u look at Any TT Videos of her just from a few weeks/Month ago she has more weight to her. She is literally melting 🫠. She loosing weight a scary fast pase. Anyone Working out does not loose weight that fast!!!
No that is not true. She would suck at selling Mary Kay because you need to be loyal to Mary Kay in order to be successful and she's not loyal to anything!
She wouldn't last a day since you have to show up IN PERSON (no filters and perfecto editing) and have to demonstrate the makeup in real time. She's the final boss of an old school makeup campaign. Questionable authenticity & exaggerated claims, produced to hell and back.
I’m SO GLAD you made this video because I’ve been a Mikayla hater since 2022. Lash gate had me giggling and kicking my feet because I knew she was a liar! She’s so fake. I blocked her a while ago so I didn’t know about all the charity scams she was doing! I truly don’t know why so many people still follow her (maybe she bought some)
My whole body has the most visceral cringing reaction Everytime that woman opens her mouth. I don’t know what it is about it, but I hate it with every fiber of my being 🫠
Yes !!! I've been saying this for a years now. Delete it , and unfollow. Don't Engage with these craziest people Drain the swamp of the biggest lies and scammers on these sites
but when they align with your views and values it’s nice to know there are others out there who can relate, social media is not all bad but it’s all about the mindset you come onto it with.
I don’t follow them because i don’t care for their opinions…. I’m a perfectly capable adult who can make their own choices without having to have someone tell me what they think I need. Only advice I’d take is from a professional MUA. People need to be less worried about the opinions of literal sheep.
You "need" people to delete all social media for you? Why do you care what other people do? How else would companies sell their products? If that were the case, there wouldn't be a need for any advertising or marketing at all. We wouldn't need TV commercials, print ads, billboards, etc. Content creators/influencers are basically entertaining advertisements. Besides, what are you doing in the comment section of the exact platforms you're railing against?
And everything she does is so over exaggerated! The accent, her mannerisms, her reactions, etc. it’s all so fake and annoying. Honestly don’t see how people stand to watch her

that's my least favourite video ever. as someone who works for minimum wage at a job I have 0 passion for, how fucking dare she ask me for sympathy. if being an influencer is so challenging for you, just stop!!!!!! no one's forcing you
@@sheskiwiwexactly, out of all the jobs out there, being an influencer seems like the type of job you yourself always choose because you WANT to do it, not because you NEED to do it like all the normal folk, who usually just do whatever pays best for their circumstances. it’s funny that a video she thought will show how “hard” being her is just showed how out of touch she is 🙂↕️
When she said that shit my jaw dropped. How about being a nurse doing back to back shifts during the pandemic. How bout try working in construction pouring hot asphalt in 105 degree heat. Like be so for real there are such harder jobs in the world and we all have to wake up to do them to feed our families with no sympathy what so ever we just do it.
I’d like to see her try working in retail pharmacy for a day. She wouldn’t even last an hour with patients screaming in your face for something that’s entirely out of your control and doing at least four things at once 😂.
I actually laughed when I found out she made that lip kit with elf for her wedding but then didn't even wear her supposed perfect lipstick for her wedding day 😂. She also had a whole series where she was trying to find the best products to wear on her wedding day just to hire a mua.😂
She’s as fake as those dumb little poses she makes and facial expressions when she’s done getting ready and showing her outfits with her husband lmao it’s sooo bad
So I did this but for my maternity pictures and then two days before I panicked and ended up hiring an MUA last minute lol. I know weddings are a totally different ballgame but since that same situation legitimately happened to me I’m giving her the benefit of doubt on it 😂

I’m from mass and there are plenty of people that sounds like that, not from Boston thought. People from southeastern mass (Fall River mainly) have that accent. I get the ”work/radio accent” and your “drunk accent” being from one side of the spectrum to the other. I don’t think this is her real accent at all but she is to far in to change it.
I never heard anyone talk like that either 😂😂... but I hear this way of talking online from others. I always asked myself HOOOOW is that real 😂... I'm from Mass too so I get it
Oh dam! Just before I scrolled down to this, I commented with is that accent, Maine? Yeah, my in-laws are from Mass, even the people with thinker accents there do not sound like this. It's like New Hampshire meets West Virginia meets Joan Rivers.
I think about the fake accent CONSTANTLY and it just baffles me how people got over it so quick. I feel similarly about ariana grande's many accents over time
@@Nikkinextdoorrgirl no! Faking accents in real life means there is something wrong in their brain. Same with method actors, something is off in their brain that they cant break from the character (or so they claim; more like they dont want to because their self identity is in the dirt). If you ever meet someone who stays in character well after his job is done? RUN!

That’s what she does.
I don’t think people really care if she’s honest. I don’t think they care at all, it’s not her honesty that draws people in. It’s the drama!! People are totally used to fake by now!!
I lived in Massachusetts for 3 years for university. The only people from Massachusetts who still talk like this are people who are 30-40+ years old and even then it’s like toned down by 75% of whatever she’s doing. In Mass it’s slight slips in words like Orange “AHrange” or Car “Cah” to name two examples. So as someone with older family members from Massachusetts NOBODY TALKS LIKE HOW SHE TALKS. She’s doing the most stereotypical Family Guy accent I’ve ever heard. I know it’s fake 100% from personal experience.
My father was born and raised in Somerville, Massachusetts (for anyone who doesn’t know, Somerville is right outside of Boston) along with his 15 brothers and sisters and not a single one of them sounds even remotely close to this woman. Her voice and accent are like an eagle screeching in one ear and a baby crying in other.
My grandma’s got an accent from this area, and it’s the strongest accent you could imagine. It’s not even HALF of this. The only people who have accents this strong are comedians making fun of the Boston accent.
As a female mechanic that works on heavy equipment in TEXAS HEAT, nothing pisses me off more than people like this that think their jobs are so demanding. Try blood, sweat, and tears, sweetheart.

can we talk about how the timeline of her day she lays out in her "try being an influencer for a day" video doesn't add up? she says she gets up at 6 (not that she starts work at 6, but lets say she does), films for 5-6 hours (which makes it 11/12), spends a few hours editing and then works on her other socials (making it well into the afternoon), but is also in meetings from 12-5?? last i checked time doesn't work like that. she def was just saying things to make her day sound crazy. make it make sense

Just get older, it gets easier, especially if you're going to school. I'm almost 50 and I do work a strict 40 hour week unless I want overtime, which is hard to get approved at my pay rate. When I was in my 20's I remember thinking I'd never have anything or stability without a husband. I worked hard, put in my time and its been rewarding for a while now. I never did get married. But you will reach a point in your life where you've paid your dues and offer a lot to your employer and believe you also deserve that balance in life.
I admit it. I was duped. I'm a 52 year old lady who was convinced to buy the Glow Recipe products. I was disappointed. I am really ashamed to have allowed myself to be influenced. Thank you for this video.
The thing is, she faces zero consequences for any of this. Not for breaking rules, laws, deals, trust, nothing. People still go to her even though she'll say gasoline is the best drink she's ever had if ExxonMobil paid her.
the FTC is now going to be holding influencers accountable for false advertising and doing some of the things shes done so im hoping shes on their shit list lol
If you people are ignorant enough to believe someone who’s job is to literally advertise things you are 🚩🤡 As if anyone in advertising is any different. People pay a firm and it doesn’t matter if you don’t like the product. Yet somehow massive corporations never get criticised but one person doing the same thing on her own…
Ironically and sadly it’s people like her who thrive and win in life. Which is why she is the way she is. As well as companies and brands. Everyone else is busy working, not being paid enough and being good citizens. Gaslight, gate keep and scam boss.
Exactly this! Brands couldn't care less if she's a pathological liar as long as she sells the product so she and they will continue to win and make money exploiting people regardless. The marketing & celebrity/influencer industries are full of manipulative people like this who keep each other successful. Brands will only stop working with her when she can't sell the products anymore.
@@natb9919 💯 I especially agree with you that brands, companies, celebrities and influencers all keep each other rich and successful. It’s just capitalism. The rich stay rich the poor stay poor.
@natb9919 Definitely. That's why it's up to us "common folk" to call her out n not give people like this views. Sadly, it's hard when so many people still blindly follow influencers like this strictly for the entertainment. Shock factor, huge egos and personalities sell. We HAVE to change that. I'm not a bitter person by nature but it's hard when we slave away day in, day out and get paid maybe 5% of what she does. It's so disappointing. What a world we live in 😢
why capitalism needs to end. when the dollar is the bottom line, everything else takes a back seat. you can have integrity or money, pick one to prioritize. then apply to the economy at large.
I have to admit, I'm definitely biased after spending countless hours analyzing beauty influencer behavior. I just can't stand this Mikayla person because of her complete lack of ethics! It's funny you mentioned studying this because I actually just submitted my final paper on how "beauty influencers" are shaping our minds for one of my classes. Mikayla was the inspiration for my topic because I couldn't stand her approach. For context, I'm a psychology student majoring in child and adolescent psychology with a minor in forensic psychology. The paper was for a behavior analysis class, and I'm excited to share that I earned an A+! My paper is even set to be published in our university newspaper.
Sorry I got so heated up with her. I forgot to say how much I love your videos! You're so respectful without omitting information. We need more influencers like you :) Thank you for your content! I would also love to know how you did this makeup look; it's so gorgeous!
Congratulations 🎉. This is what our future is going to look like if we're not careful. It's so important that we educate ourselves so we can make informed choices and help our children who are being constantly bombarded by these people, all for money 🤑 😢😮.
Hell yeah dude congrats on getting that A+ and how exciting to have your work published for all the students, staff, and faculty to see! Good on you for getting the word out there, we definitely need more eyes on this issue especially this day and age of the internet.
She’s made me NOT buy makeup anymore. I boycott all cosmetics brands that use her. Which means, I don’t wear makeup anymore. Thank you cosmetics brands for killing my love of beauty.
My son passed away at Boston Children's Hospital. Jacob gained his wings at just 7 years of age. When Boston Children's was mentioned, my heart skipped. Listen, these kids are battling for their lives. We were there for 6 months. It was absolutely heartbreaking. For ANYONE to use these kids as a means to make a buck - they are absolutely disgusting. Those children deserve much more than that!!!!!!

I honestly thought her "schtick" was that she was a 45 year old woman cosplaying as a woman in her 20's after applying makeup... I was beyond shocked to learn that she's like 23 years old 😂
The fact that she’ll do an ad for a product she’s already reviewed and DID NOT LIKE is pure carelessness😂😂 like she’s banking on the fact that her audience is just going to forget what she said less than a couple weeks ago
her mom was my elementary school guidance counselor and was the sweetest woman (from my child memory) and i often get a little crazy about how the hell she produced such a person
There is a saying in my country that says, "saints give birth to devils and devils give birth to saints." we say this every time we witness these kinds of situations.
Actually it can actually be the nicest people in care work or school work who take care of others, can actually do better in their line of work than at home. They struggle with home life, and excess at their job.
I’m not adherently anti-filler, but I don’t think it should be so normalized. It’s a medical procedure at the end of the day, and it should be a deeply informed decision in regards to one’s physical health, mental health, and finances, it shouldn’t be something advertised about on TIK TOK by huge beauty influencers imo
This video has hooked me. These kind of videos are so important. In a world of smoke and mirrors videos like these are the only thing holding casting true light on the internet. It’s incredible how bad a simple video can make you feel about yourself. When it’s probably not real in the first place.
You should look up Hannah Alonzo as well. She used to be strictly anti MLM content, bringing proof of how much of a scam those were, but she's beginning to branch out into calling out Influencers in general. She's really good at pointing out how unrealistic (and fake) they portray life to be, and how much it can negatively effect the way normal people view their own lives.
I mean, I'm under the impression that 85% of "influencers" are fradulent. No difference than how I view commercials. So there's no surprise with this as she's no different than the vast majority of the rest of them. What's even more entertaining is that other influencers (anyone who streams their opinion on literally anything) collect revenue by bagging on others. So very high school. No need for daytime soaps anymore, just turn on YT or tiktok and you'll find the gossipy BS in no time.

As a 30yo woman who has had acne most of my life, I'm so glad teenage me never got to watch her. I was SO embarrassed, insecure and desparate for solutions. @leighannhunt1970 Love her! I'm a skintellectual 😂 as an adult I've become obsessed with my skincare and only struggle with a bit of hormonal acne here and there, so things are much better.
That’s what I was saying. Last month I got married and I did my own wedding make up. I was looking on TikTok for tips etc and all of these “influencers” are so untrustworthy, none of the products they say are amazing are actually good. Me a person without any make up experience discovered that the ones that are truly the best were actually the ones I was already using and loving for years 💀. Then I realized how easily a teen could be influenced by these predators because they do indeed pray on young people and insecure people.

Right 😂 It was only a matter of a couple months that she showed not like it and then loving it. I would be way too afraid my viewers would remember me just reviewing it and not liking it. It was the same exact product… packaging an all!

It’s crazy that even though she’s known for being dishonest, soooo many brands still want to work with her. Just goes to show all brands care about is followers and not integrity
I think about this all the time. 🤯 At what point do they drop her fraudulent ass
THIS! ⬆️
The larger the following, the more chances someone will buy the products advertised.
mr. beast was right about one thing, attention is like the most important form of currency. these brands don’t care about her reputation or integrity so long as it’s not a brand liability, they want the most bang for their buck. the most viewership and outreach for their adspend. and mikayla is the bumbling salesmen on the other end shilling out anything that comes her way
Just shows brands don’t care about ethics, only profits.
“You guys know I love this brand, I’ve been using it for soooo long..” LIESSS my biggest influencer pet peeve

It’s so annoying when they say that, especially the ones where it’s so obvious they were contractually obligated to promote the brand like once a month, and that’s why they have been “using it for sooo long” lol
Hey, 2 days is a long time for some people LMAO 😂😂

I thought exactly the same thing, I don’t trust any of them
People's critical thinking skills are in the gutter unfortunately.
Your hair color looks SO GOOD I love the more natural blonde on you
I agree. No brassiness at all. I love her makeup too....natural and soft but also flattering. Not ridiculously overdone. She definitely knows how to pick/wear/use colors that naturally flatter her skin tone!

i’m convinced the majority of her 15 million followers are bots, i don’t know anyone in real life or online that follows or cares about mikayla at all
Tbf most of the followers on tiktok are bots, that's why it's so easy to get followers on there & the numbers are so excessively inflated compared to other social media platforms. 1million tiktok followers is about the equivalent of 10k RUclips subscribers.

Well, from a Linguist's perspective, I don't find that weird at all actually. People can have multiple dialects and will code switch between those dialects. skincare is meant for people of any age (not 7 yr olds obviously, but glow recipe doesn’t just work for young people
Don't be upset. Glow Recipe should pay attention to who they endorse. That's on them
Its ok we all fall victim to it at some point! Don’t beat yourself over it because you learned from your mistake
The thing is, she faces zero consequences for any of this. Not for breaking rules, laws, deals, trust, nothing. People still go to her even though she'll say gasoline is the best drink she's ever had if ExxonMobil paid her.
Ya that’s what I hate about tiktok. Like ppl just can’t be held accountable on there & it’s so embarrassing
the FTC is now going to be holding influencers accountable for false advertising and doing some of the things shes done so im hoping shes on their shit list lol
If you people are ignorant enough to believe someone who’s job is to literally advertise things you are 🚩🤡
As if anyone in advertising is any different.
@@stealthis Well said!! ❤️
Her assistant chooses a winner for her giveaway and makes them pay $50 to ship all the make up so she’s not really giving it away for free
Multiple people had similar papers for my communications class. Focused on how social media affects us.
Hell yeah dude congrats on getting that A+ and how exciting to have your work published for all the students, staff, and faculty to see! Good on you for getting the word out there, we definitely need more eyes on this issue especially this day and age of the internet.
Congratulations!!
She’s made me NOT buy makeup anymore. I boycott all cosmetics brands that use her. Which means, I don’t wear makeup anymore. Thank you cosmetics brands for killing my love of beauty.
Beauty and make up are two different things. I bet you look stunning without it!
look into indie brands!
I hope we live in a world where no one has to use makeup and we all proudly wear our natural beauty 💖
i mostly use local or small beauty brands these days cus i dont trust any of the big names.
Seriously! Makeup used to be fun, but money hungry ppl always have to come in and ruin it for everyone.
I am so very sorry about your loss. I pray that you find comfort & peace knowing he is at home safe, happy & healthy with Jesus and you will reunite one day. God bless you & your family ❤
I am so so sorry for your huge loss💔 I cannot imagine losing your kid. I truly wish you all the support, love & help you need❤
I'm sorry for your loss ❤, sending my love
I'm sorry for your loss
I'm so sorry for your situation. Hugs and prayers from me xxx
I'm pretty sure she used to hide her Boston accent to fit in and as she grew more into her own she stopped changing it.
I’ve been saying she’s a scammer for years and her followers will attack and protect this liar and scammer. I don’t understand it
The way I GASPED at the fake accent reveal, i’m fully buckled in
If you played her videos over and over in an interrogation room you could get anyone to confess to anything just to make it stop.....
I agree 👏🏻👏🏻 Get rid of waterboarding, her tiktoks are perfect for psychological warfare 😂😂
Hahahaha
A weapon of mass destruction could be her fall back ‘kahRear’ after she’s finally exposed for her deception! 😂🤣
Two minutes and I'd tell you EVERYTHING just to make it stop!!
💀💀💀✨
I honestly thought her "schtick" was that she was a 45 year old woman cosplaying as a woman in her 20's after applying makeup... I was beyond shocked to learn that she's like 23 years old 😂
The fact that she’ll do an ad for a product she’s already reviewed and DID NOT LIKE is pure carelessness😂😂 like she’s banking on the fact that her audience is just going to forget what she said less than a couple weeks ago
her mom was my elementary school guidance counselor and was the sweetest woman (from my child memory) and i often get a little crazy about how the hell she produced such a person
oh also her mom didnt have an accent so it is 100% bs
There is a saying in my country that says, "saints give birth to devils and devils give birth to saints." we say this every time we witness these kinds of situations.
@@Nafissa3i think that saying is brilliant. May I ask which country the saying is from. Thanks
Actually it can actually be the nicest people in care work or school work who take care of others, can actually do better in their line of work than at home. They struggle with home life, and excess at their job.
Or Maybe the father is the reason
The woman who’s on my fyp in an ad about getting FILLER talking about how she studied the effects of social media on women is CRAZY
That ad is about a hair product, not actual filler. But she does have a lot of filler so it doesn’t really matter lol
I think Jaclyn Hill gives her a run for her money being the most dishonest influencer.
5,000%!!
@@peachesnola7860 yes, i second this! she also has so much content, it's hard to be bored :)
@@peachesnola7860yess and dad challenge podcast i love his views on vloggers!
Someone once commented on her video saying that her face looks like she wasn’t meant to have any teeth and I can’t unsee it
Im dying😂😂😂
It really does tho! I always thought she looked like she should have dentures.
fr it looks like she needs dentures but only wears the bottom half
Now I can’t unsee it either 😭
I just laughed harder than I have in years. Thank you.

Out of touch influencers and horrible parenting are my favorite videos of yours
So not related but ur stunning
@@IAMGALAXYBLOODThis ⬆️
I mean, I'm under the impression that 85% of "influencers" are fradulent. No difference than how I view commercials. So there's no surprise with this as she's no different than the vast majority of the rest of them. What's even more entertaining is that other influencers (anyone who streams their opinion on literally anything) collect revenue by bagging on others. So very high school. No need for daytime soaps anymore, just turn on YT or tiktok and you'll find the gossipy BS in no time.
My entire family is from the South Shore of Massachusetts, where accents are usually the thickest, and they don't sound this ridiculous!
her fake accent is so so so bad. it's not even her real accent. there's been more videos of her real voice circulate.
I’m not a native english speaker and I lived in Massachusetts for the longest time and I knew it was fake the second I heard her
I was born in Boston and lived some time in New Bedford. Even New Bedford people didn’t have an accent THAT THICK. And everyone had an accent there. Like why’s she so aggressive with the pronunciations
I can never forget when she promoted a mascara and she did a sudden cut then she suddenly had falsies on acting like we won't notice 😭
I’m from Boston. That accent made me laugh and say out loud in an empty room “what the hell was that”!!!!!
😂😂😂😂
As a 30yo woman who has had acne most of my life, I'm so glad teenage me never got to watch her. I was SO embarrassed, insecure and desparate for solutions. I would've wreaked havoc on my skin trying everything she told me to because I wouldn't have known better. It's just so unethical and so shady.
If you haven’t watched Cassandra Bankman I would highly recommend her…
@leighannhunt1970 Love her!
Then I realized how easily a teen could be influenced by these predators because they do indeed pray on young people and insecure people.
i think i was just around 17-18 when she started showing up on my fyp and can confirm i was incredibly insecure and wrecking my skin from her (and influencers like her) lol
SAME!! I would of bought every single thing that she would say would hide my acne!
The stay at home moms, teacher, medical field worker, etc. thing really stood out to me because I work at a marketing agency and those are 100% target audiences that Tula wanted her to mention. I’d bet my life they were mentioned in her brief. She doesn’t give af about the working woman😂
"I don't have textured skin." Gurl what!?! 😂😂😂😂
Fr, like okay.. .so you don't have skin??
I’m so sick of her. And as a recovering addict myself, I hate how she has almost weaponized her husbands addiction issues to make herself look better/shut people up who speak negatively about him/them as a couple.
2:27 Oh…….so this is what people meant when they said her accent has changed 😳
Yesssss 😂 I was dumbfounded when I heard her real voice in Film Cooper’s video for the first time 💀
omg this shocked me!!!
This was crazy to hear plus her face looks so different now vs in 2020
This is her real voice which is wild that ppl would believe her fake Boston accent lol.. I live near boston
KIM KADASHIAN
Her saying her filter is genetic and that she gets it from her mom actually made me laugh out loud
I’m a nurse no time for this BS I’m exhausted after working Stumbled upon this and am shocked
I'm SO glad you did a whole separate video on Mikayla. She is genuinely the most vapid and entitled influencer I have ever seen. And the lies!!!!
Ive been in the Army for 15 years, been deployed THREE times to the Middle East. Leaving my family, being in danger working 20 hours a day. That’s HARD. Being an influencer is not HARD! Foh.
Thank you for your service. ❤
Thank you for your service and hard work! 🫡🫡🫡
Thanks for your service. I’m in the military too coming up on the same amount of time as you in December but please don’t let the struggles you’ve endured and overcame or continue to endure negate someone else’s survivorship bias is real and it can desensitize us if we allow it and though though that makeup influencer seems to be a crappy individual i wouldn’t use yourself as a baseline for what’s hard cuz us military folks go through some STUFF other people couldn’t fathom but it doesn’t make anyone else’s struggles less valid. I say this with love and I hope you prosper thanks again for your service.
Please stop taking part in proxy wars that your country loves to instigate. The US is destroying the world.
Thank you for your service. The job that you do is the absolute hardest one IMO, due to the reasons you listed. No only is it hard physically and mentally hard- it is dangerous and hard on your family. People like you are the reason we get to enjoy the freedom and safety we have in the USA.
She's gaslighting people! How and why are people ok with that? When I first heard her speak I new she was fake. Sure wish people would quit supporting, sponsoring and following someone like this.
As a stay at home mom and a former teacher, I have no idea what it’s like to be a medical professional, so the fact that she lumps all three of those things together and says she can relate is really wild.
As a former teacher and medical professional, I have no idea what a SAHM is like.
i just looove the clip of her talking like she just pulled a world record for how long she worked... just to reveal she worked 9-5... a regular everyday shift that everyone else does. except her "shift" is sitting on her phone, or sitting in front of her phone doing her makeup in a silly fake accent
Right?! Like seriously, bffr Mikayla 🤦🏼♀️
@@teridoster5840 that clip will never not slay me lmao. Imagine the horrors of waking up in the morning for work, then being home for dinner time oh nooooooo. Nobody does or can do that! 😂😂😂

I’m SAT for the Mikayla slander!
We need to share some popcorn, I’m right with ya 😂
Same. Those early videos o.O
My favorite line “I literally JUST finished work and it’s 5:19”
This ain't slander. Slander is false and baby this is all true.
@@thehibernatingturtle4016ok that’s true!
This is a good reason those under 18 should not have access to social media.
I consider when someone does this, they are selling their soul. I could never try to sell anything I didn't completely believe in. How cheap, people sell their souls. WOW.
Karma is coming….
I am from Boston please do not insult us like that. That is absolutely 100% not a Boston accent. Thank you.we do not talk like that . That is extremely over exaggerated
I will never understand why people trust randos online. Having a bunch of followers does not mean they're a good person.
YESSS
It often means the opposite haha
I have noticed there are specific mannerisms of influencers. They all sound same, act same, hand gestures, like clapping, tapping on things, same usage of words,lines....
That's because they are told what to say. They are sent a script and if it's not followed to a t they will cancel you. That's why they all sound the same.
Right? That stupid thing of tapping their nails on their products is annoying AF. And they are all always " literally obsessed" 🤬. So irritating.
To add to all of this, I remember Mikayla posting a video talking about something dealing with Cody, and she said that she has problems with “empathy” and has never really been an empathetic person. Soo, yea… that adds up lol
