Joey Jordison is widely regarded as one of the greatest drummers of all time. He was one of the founding members of Slipknot, but left the band in 2013. It was partially due to "creative differences", but moreso due to increasing symptoms of transverse myelitis (a spinal cord disorder), making it near impossible for him to continue performing. He passed in 2021 at the age of 46. Rest easy, #1. The maggots love and miss you. ❤

People always make the mistake of thinking when he says “I push my fingers into my eyes.” If you’ve ever been plagued by migraines you look for any relief and closing your eyes and put pressure against them and oddly enough you get some relief. It’s temporary but anything helps.

also for me i have a weird situation with the year of death of Joey Jordison, my younger daughter was born around 2015, and by that point joey had passed, come to trying to figure a song out in 2022 and i find out that he died in 2021, this is my first collision into the phenomenon of Mandela effect.
