Your work is so meticulous, it brings a warmth to my heart to watch you paint! My great aunt taught art from the 1920s until the 60s. When my sister and I would visit her, we would always paint. She taught me everything I know about neatness and precision and I see those same qualities in your methods. Thank you for the good memories you inspire. And Nacho.
I watch a number of furniture flippers/restorers and although many of them do amazing work you really stand out singularly for your bringing out the original beauty of the piece even more so than it’s original state. You really bring it to its highest level even past what it was intended. I really enjoy watching your videos and I’m learning a lot. Thank you so much.

You never know what influence you may have on others during their dark hours of desperation. It helped me today in ways that will never escape my gratitude! Such beautiful transformations, and rife to be received in such a hopeful and encouraging way! Blessings to you, my friend! ❤

Every time I watch your videos, I say "this is my favorite"... Every. Single. Time. You're work is just so detailed and absolutely beautiful. I want it all. Lol And your artistic talent and creativity is mind-blowing.
I love all of these! You have such artistry, skill and vision that it’s just a joy to watch you rehabilitate furniture. Also, kudos to the beautiful soundtrack on this video. That first dresser though. There’s just something about it that makes my heart happy when I see it. All of these are wonderful and creative! Thank you for making this one.🌸
You're very welcome! I planned to have it out right around the New Year but my back injury kind of messed up my scheduling plans. I'm very glad you enjoyed it. Thank you so much for watching and your always great comments Deborah!!
I'm in love with the bunny rescue piece! Especially with the bunny coming out of the drawer! There wasnt one piece that i didnt like, after you were done "doin you thang"! Angie, they are simply gorgeous! Thank you also for reminding people to just be nice! There's not any reason why people should be nasty commenting on anyone elses work. If someone doesnt like it, thats ok, they should just keep their comments to themselves. Theres no reason to put someones work down. My favorite saying is" If you cant revitalize, don't criticize!" You're furniture is beautiful and you should be very proud!
The one you painted white and changed, came out beautifully!!! The option of not putting the doors back on was an excellent choice!! Love your work Angie. I find myself watching your videos over and over!!!
Love, love, LOVE each and every piece! The walnut piece with the vertical stripes at the top is my favorite. You inspire me to try to hold onto and refurbish pieces of furniture no one else wants. Can't wait to see what you do in 2023.
What is wrong with people??? It’s mind blowing to me that people feel as though they have the right to attack what you do with a piece of furniture that you bought and spent the time, money and work to make beautiful again. They can go hunting for their very own piece and create whatever they want with it. You do meticulous, creative, beautiful work! Keep doing exactly what you’re doing.
I love these compilations, I am in as much awe as I was watching these videos premier!! I'm just finishing a really simple paint makeover of a little piano bench, and after that experience I have so much more appreciation of your process. It took me 10x as long as I thought, and pretty much everything I thought I would be doing changed as I went, even though it is a tiny piece of furniture. I continue to be amazed by your craft!! 🤩
It's wild the way you have to roll with certain things on pieces sometimes. The best laid plans do not always go that way, that's for sure! Kudos to you for doing the makeover. Thanks so much for watching Amber ❤️
“Undoing Past Mistakes”. Thank you for your grace to those of us that are still painting more than restoring. I’m doing a lot more paint/natural wood, but I’m hoping to restore a a 100 year old family dresser in the summer. I’ll continue watching to get more tips. Thank you!
Great projects! I enjoyed the music too. I was always told 'if you have nothing good to say, well then you have nothing to say so keep it to your self' I live by that principle 😄
I just love the natural wood grain look with a painted color, the two tones are so awesome. There should be more people keeping these furniture pieces out of the land field, vintage furniture are in these days.
I absolutely love your music choice for your videos 💜 and your voice is so soothing! These longer videos are my favourites indeed. Sometimes me and my cats rewatch these for good music and enjoy your work!
I'm blown away by your skill, artistry and foresight, with a piece of furniture that initially was plain and unattractive, you're a champ cheers from Oz !!!🥰😺💕
The third piece you showed in this video was my favorite transformation. It was the one you had painted white. It turned out so beautiful the second time around.
An artist will give heart and soul to a piece they love. They give 100%. Not 98 or 99 but 100%. You my dear are a true artist. Every grain of wood is loving tended to and restoration is perfect. I love seeing your work. You have great vision. ❤
Watching you put so much love in each of your pieces is so soothing!! You make everything look so easy! Your pieces always look much better than when they were new! You do amazing work Angie!
Magnificent! Stunning! There is so much movement in those mirrored pieces of wood. Glad you uncovered it under that worn and damaged finish. I so appreciate that you take the time to make repairs that others might ignore to make a quick refinish flip. Love those handles.
I believe I have watched all of these, however; I usually watch them over and over. I love watching you and listening to your calm voice. You are an amazing restorer of old furniture.
They are all beautiful transformations, but the apothecary-inspired piece was genius! Good call cutting off the wavy bits. You turned a very ugly duckling into an absolutely beautiful swan. Superb!
What you do is not only magical, it is symbolic. If only we all looked at each other and saw the beauty intrinsic within us all in the same way you do with these pieces. No external judgement, only the endless possibilities. You are the best of us. Thank you ❤
The Cottage to Apothecary is brilliant!! Not only your great work making it beautiful, but your design elements giving it the apothecary finish. Your work is amazing!!
I really agree how sturdy these pieces are! You have solved everyone's question on how to restore or refinish the ever intimidating laminate tops! Fun to watch! Your super meticulous finishes are why I am here! Woot🎉
I love these little trips. I try always to catch your videos. Even so, I saw furniture flips on the 2021 vid and this one also I’d somehow missed. If I’d seen them all I would still watch these. Sometimes more than once. For all the commenters yelling “Don’t do that!”, there’s all of us yelling “Beautiful Angie, you’ve done it again! 🤗”
Omg! That "library" index style one. It is gorgeous! So so beautiful! The vision you have to be able to see that when you had that monstrosity in front of you! I was blown away!
I’m just now getting to watch this. What I like about your work is that you take your time with it, you’re very methodical. You think it out before you proceed. You look at the piece for what it is, and really only make changes if you feel it is in the betterment of the piece itself. And if you buy or try something new, I notice that you educate yourself on it before you make any attempts with it. Just keep doing what you’re doing. You’re doing just fine!
I happened upon your channel when looking for ideas and instructions on how to refinish a small dresser I recently bought at a thrift store. I’ve been binge watching your videos for hours they’re so wonderful! You are so incredibly talented, your visions for a piece and bringing it to fruition is nothing short of amazing. You’re a true artist! I’ve subscribed to your channel and can’t wait to see more of your creations. By the way, I love the “rickety” walnut side table you restored and think $175 US$ is a bargain! 10:50pm Monday 02/06/23
I think that why I love watching you work so much is your meticulous attention to detail. You are a true artist and it shows in every one of the pieces that you restore. Thank you for producing these videos and works of art. I have many mid century modern pieces in my home that I have refinished. You have inspired me to do more and to begin to think outside of the box.
I could watch you for hours and NEVER get tired! Watching you you do your magic restoring furniture that you bring back to life! is soooo satisfying! I love how you are very meticulous and detailed about the care you give each piece. I always look forward watching what you recreate
I’m just rewatching this segment and it’s occurred to me that after you finished with each of these, they were much better than they were new! Especially the one with the wavy edges!
As I was waiting for your new video to come out, i watched some others thrift store shopping for new project pieces. Every piece they rejected for too much work/hassle, i kept thinking, Angie would have fixed that or that's an easy fix, Angie taught me how. I love the perfectionism in your work ethic.
Of course we are still awake each piece you create is pure beauty. How you see the glory in the sad pieces amazes me every time. Thank you for the review I remember each one fondly
Angie, your work is such fine quality. You and Thomas Johnson are my favorites because of your attention to detail and sense of style. Thank you for your content.
I'm always amazed at your skill and attention to detail in transforming these pieces. I did stop and come back a few times, but did enjoy the whole video.
What a great 2022... I look forward to 2023I love to watch your work, Angie! Your creativity and attention to detail are inspiring. Every piece transformation is amazing to watch. I appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos and the information you share when refinishing a piece. Well done, You! I love the way you support the rabbit rescue. What a smashing idea! 🐰🐰🐰 When you changed the paint color on that piece and it was so close to the original green I immediately thought of the scene from Beaches when Hillary and CC colored their hair and CC said "It's the same color!" And Hillary replied, "It's a subtle difference." 😆🤣 And to the armchair flippers out there, if Angie wants to take a $1000 piece of antique original furniture and turn it into a rabbit hutch, that's her prerogative! It is, after all the year of the Rabbit! 🐇🐇🐇 It's her money, her furniture and you know it would be the best looking, most functional rabbit hutch ever built! SO BACK OFF My GIRL! 😉
First - I LOVE that movie, and can deeply appreciate the reference! 😊 Second - thank you so much for the incredible and supportive comment! I'm so glad you enjoy my content. Thank you so much for watching! ❤️❤️
The highest compliment you can get in my family is that you're a hard worker. You sure are that! And what an artistic eye, too. I just love watching you work.
Such a treat I think I'll watch it again! Your restoration and refurbishment is wonderful to experience, taking rubbished items and turning the into such artistically refined pieces. Thanks for sharing with us.
The love and work you put into each piece is beyond anyone refinishing furniture that I've ever seen. I've never watched one video where the furniture didn't come out perfect. I hope u demand high prices for these pieces they are works of art!!!!!
My wife and I love you show. I wife say you could manufacture your kitty condo and make tons of money. 😊 we really think you are just so talented. Thank you!
Your work is beautiful. My daughter has said she'd love to refinish a few pieces of furniture and told her to watch your videos to see how to do things properly. Although she's somewhat intimidated, she's going to give it a try. A piece of furniture she thought was junk turned out to be walnut from a well-known manufacturer of mid-century modern furniture. However, she's going to put it aside until she's learned more. I love the 'Bunny Money' piece, it's breathtaking. The painted section next to the walnut really brings out the beauty of the wood.
Tell her to start off easy and work her way up to bigger projects. I never want anyone biting off more than they can chew and giving up before they've gotten a chance to start. All the best to her!! Thank you so much for watching!!
The pieces I really like are those that you take back to "natural wood", 2nd place being those pieces where you "hide /submerge" toxic brown below white, black or grey repaint with natural wood accents.
I missed seeing this makeover the first time. I’m glad you cut off the “wavy bits”.......never have seen anything like that; is it a Canadian style? Loved the outcome! Now I remember it; must have missed the beginning! Love the casters! Love April too! Gorgeous grain!

You look at the piece for what it is, and really only make changes if you feel it is in the betterment of the piece itself. And if you buy or try something new, I notice that you educate yourself on it before you make any attempts with it. Just keep doing what you’re doing. You’re doing just fine!
Thank you so much for watching and your kind, supportive words Susanne! I appreciate it. 😊
Awe, thank you so much Pam! Welcome to my channel, I'm so glad you were able to find your way here. ❤️ Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you so much 😀
I Love it when ppl reuse the hardware. They look great.
My favorite is the dresser that was painted white. You transformed that into a luscious beauty!
Angie, that mid century walnut dresser is a work of art. I love how you treat my favorite wood❤

I’m just rewatching this segment and it’s occurred to me that after you finished with each of these, they were much better than they were new! Especially the one with the wavy edges!
Thanks so much Amie!
As I was waiting for your new video to come out, i watched some others thrift store shopping for new project pieces. Every piece they rejected for too much work/hassle, i kept thinking, Angie would have fixed that or that's an easy fix, Angie taught me how.
I love the perfectionism in your work ethic.
Thanks so much for watching!
Wow! “Jaw dropping” is an understatement of your amazing work!!! Absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you so much 😀
Of course we are still awake each piece you create is pure beauty. How you see the glory in the sad pieces amazes me every time. Thank you for the review I remember each one fondly

I did stop and come back a few times, but did enjoy the whole video.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for watching!
When you changed the paint color on that piece and it was so close to the original green I immediately thought of the scene from Beaches when Hillary and CC colored their hair and CC said "It's the same color!" And Hillary replied, "It's a subtle difference." 😆🤣
And to the armchair flippers out there, if Angie wants to take a $1000 piece of antique original furniture and turn it into a rabbit hutch, that's her prerogative!
The 3rd one - white peeling paint! Fantastic! Gorgeous rescue and what a difference! Great job, great channel! thx!
Thank you very much!
You are a miracle worker!
Thank you very much!
You are so talented. Love love your craftsmanship
Thanks so much Rosa!
The highest compliment you can get in my family is that you're a hard worker. You sure are that! And what an artistic eye, too. I just love watching you work.
Thank you very much for the compliment Liz! ❤️
Such a treat I think I'll watch it again! Your restoration and refurbishment is wonderful to experience, taking rubbished items and turning the into such artistically refined pieces. Thanks for sharing with us.
Thank YOU for watching! ❤️
I love how D Walt loves you. His smile is contagious
He's a happy guy! Thanks so much for watching!
The love and work you put into each piece is beyond anyone refinishing furniture that I've ever seen. I've never watched one video where the furniture didn't come out perfect. I hope u demand high prices for these pieces they are works of art!!!!!
Thanks so much 😊
Perfection in all you do. So much better than the majority of RUclips content on furniture upgrades. Love the polish inside the drawers!🐰
Thank you so much for watching! 😊
My wife and I love you show. I wife say you could manufacture your kitty condo and make tons of money. 😊 we really think you are just so talented. Thank you!
You're so welcome! Thank YOU for watching! I'm so glad you like how it turned out!
Love watching Ode's old being applied. It's like magic seeing what it does to the wood.
It's so satisfying. Thanks for watching!
I am so glad you cut off the wavy edges in the second project👍👍🙋🏽♀🙋🏽♀
Thanks so much for watching! 😊
I missed seeing this makeover the first time. I’m glad you cut off the “wavy bits”.......never have seen anything like that; is it a Canadian style? Loved the outcome! Now I remember it; must have missed the beginning! Love the casters! Love April too! Gorgeous grain!
Every single flip is gorgeous - and I recall watching the longer version of several. Your talents are many! I admire them all! Can't wait to see what you do next!
Thanks so much for watching Laurie!
Love these videos 😊
