I don't remember what was actually on the GoFundMe page she had up but I do remember that there were a number of videos that also showed what she had posted. It would be a good idea to review the videos and any screenshots of her page to see if it had various things that also violated the terms of service. Another thing is that it's possible what was done is much more severe for her than what has been brought up. Now I'm not an attorney so I can't say for sure on this but it's possible that not only could this open herself up to being sued for even further damages but also in having to pay for all of Smash's legal fees due to this behavior, a subpoena for the records of who reported it along with records of various discord/chat servers that Alyssa is on may have to be ordered by a judge for evidence of her being behind this. Furthermore it's also very possible that she might face criminal charges against her for this but it's also this part that I'm the least sure on. Smash's attorney will know and advise him on how best to handle the situation though.

A subpoena for the records of who reported this page and of the chats used by Alyssa may need to be ordered by a judge for evidence of Alyssa being behind these actions though.

I don't remember what was actually on the GoFundMe page she had up but I do remember that there were a number of videos that also showed what she had posted. It would be a good idea to review the videos and any screenshots of her page to see if it had various things that also violated the terms of service. Another thing is that it's possible what was done is much more severe for her than what has been brought up. Now I'm not an attorney so I can't say for sure on this but it's possible that not only could this open herself up to being sued for even further damages but also in having to pay for all of Smash's legal fees due to this behavior, a subpoena for the records of who reported it along with records of various discord/chat servers that Alyssa is on may have to be ordered by a judge for evidence of her being behind this. Furthermore it's also very possible that she might face criminal charges against her for this but it's also this part that I'm the least sure on. Smash's attorney will know and advise him on how best to handle the situation though.

A subpoena for the records of who reported this page and of the chats used by Alyssa may need to be ordered by a judge for evidence of Alyssa being behind these actions though.
