    Happening in Court:
    Mitchell Halderson Defendant's Brother
    CHARGES:
    Victim Bart Halderson:
    COUNT 1: First-degree Intentional Homicide
COUNT 2: False Info on Kidnapped or Missing Persons
    COUNT 3: Mutilating a corpse
    COUNT 4: Hiding a Corpse
    Victim Krista Halderson:
    COUNT 5: First-degree Intentional Homicide
COUNT 6: False Info on Kidnapped or Missing Persons
    COUNT 7: Mutilating a corpse
    COUNT 8: Hiding a Corpse
A Wisconsin man stands trial for allegedly murdering and dismembering his parents without remorse, and providing false information on their disappearances. Chandler Michael Halderson, 23, faces charges including first-degree intentional homicide. Remains from his father Bart Halderson, 50, and mother Krista Halderson, 53, were found days apart, authorities said.
Defendant Halderson reported his parents missing July 7th, claiming they left their home in the Village of Windsor days before on the 1st. He told WISC-TV at the time that they were going to the village of White Lake, Wisconsin.
“My last message I got from them, they were going to White Lake for the Fourth of July,” he told “There are some festivities that go around there. Better drink prices at the bars. Stuff like that.”
He said that to his knowledge, they were then going to their cabin in Langlade County.
“Along the way, they could’ve stopped many places,” he said. “I wouldn’t know all of them.”
He was allegedly just feeding everyone lies.
Bart’s torso was found in rural Dane County, while remains from Krista were found in Sauk County and property run by the Department of Natural Resources, according to court documents obtained by The Wisconsin State Journal.
Their son had been searching Google for terms like “Body found Wisconsin,” “Woman’s body found in Wisconsin,” “Wisconsin dismembered body found,” and “Dead body found in Wisconsin,” authorities said. Investigators suggested Chandler Halderson used to a visit to property belonging to the partner of his girlfriend’s mother as cover to hide his father’s torso nearby. He had shot Bart Halderson at least once before dismembering him, officials said.
According to investigators, Halderson said after his arrest that “you don’t know the whole story,” and that he “didn’t feel bad about what I did.”

That's why the people won't primary Judge John Holden in his 2022 re-election. He's the Gold Standard for Justice in America from the Bench. Lawyers know they need to bring their game to Judge Holden's courtroom and that he will always be fair and prudent. I enjoyed everything about this case - the science, the DA, the quantity, quality and skill of delivery.
I'm baffled by the quirkiness of both the sons in this case though. In the Joel Guy case there were many similarilarities, the baby of the family, spoiled, geeky and unsuccessful but no quirkiness in the DNA of the Guy siblings. I hope scientists can find an answer. This is such a tragic set of facts for everyone.

He tells everyone to remain seated and silent every time the jury came in. He seemed to be in a rush all the time, and probably having everyone stand for the jury prolonged things (plus he was a grumpy jerk). But it's entirely the judges call whether to rise for the jury or not. Judge Schroeder in the Rittenhouse trial didn't rise for the jury, although the gallery did every time the jury came in. Fr I would think about that a lot like you killed our parents then gave me a bullet for a gift before it's like a sick way of marking his brother for death as an inside joke to himself. And I can see him doing it doing it since he has a clear jealousy towards his brother for being everything he's not.

I believe the ER visit was his ploy and premeditated way of appearing basically crippled so he'd look as if he was incapable of such a crime. Also the defense asking Mitchell about his visits to his own parents house is a slap in the face. He'd give anything I'm sure to have his parents back.

    • @GRA5S
      @GRA5S 2 года назад

he lied to his parents and everyone else that he got fancy job at SpaceX in Florida, and he used his "disabilities" as an alibi that because he's basically crippled SpaceX doesn't want him anymore. Sadly his father contacted the university he's supposed to be enrolled in and found out he wasn't graduating, in fact he was only there for one semester. So his lies about school and pretend jobs totally unraveled and his father was supposedly going to talk about it one on one with him and that's when he killed him. Originally he's only pretending to be crippled to get out of the SpaceX lies.
