  • A brief tour of our garden earlier this month. Potatoes and tomatoes are flourishing at last, the roses had come down with blackspot probably due to fluctuating weather conditions and we were propagating more seeds after the first batch of young plants failed or were eaten by slugs and snails. Everything was looking prettier in the sunshine though.

Would love a nice garden, unfortunately just concrete at the back of my house :) Lot's of herbs there, takes me back to be a kid when we had an allotment! nice little video :)

Thanks so much. A garden does indeed make a difference, even if it's just a couple of tubs or pots. I once lived in a rented flat with only a car park out back and a small yard at the front. It made me feel incarcerated at times so I had a few herbs in pots on the kitchen windowsill to bring some kind of garden greenery into my space. It really does make all the difference to quality of life.
