this was so beautiful, i cried! i got to see my parents with me & my sister happily together at a beach while playing with my childhood friends again. despite us growing apart we still cherish one another. i was able to become who i was before times were tougher. tysm for these mediations

I am spiritually connected more to kids than I am to most adults. Thank you for helping me remember that with this meditation. I kept on seeing my inner child at all the worst moments where she felt Lowest, and I just kept on hugging her and saying "I love you" over and over again
It was july 10 yrs back, i was 15 and felt the world and everyone turned their back against me. I was fckin lonely with only Simple plan's Welcome to my life music helping me keep going with life. Now Im fully healed and proud of the little girl who went through all that to be the woman I am today ❤️
