Last night I hung pink lights for my mom who lost her fight😢. Interesting that I picked this video. Every time you mentioned our guide, a huge gust of wind blew in on me🙏. I am not so forgiving of myself. I beat myself up. Out of all your meditations that I do, THIS was the most resonating. Yes, I cried as soon as you said incision pink lights all the way through to open your eyes. I am grateful for you. For “ hitting home” for all of us. Namaste

Facts
It feels like this life we live day to day 9-5 jobs with constant anxiety and social pressure is just not worth it anymore. I don’t wanna keep doing this. This can’t be everything there is. I wanna go home.
I have been working with this meditation for the last 4 months. It has been the main foundation in my process of recovery in my journey of self love. I start every morning with it. And from this I started listening to speakers talk about rebuilding self worth. I began chakra work. It led me into a whole different world of communicating with self and Source.

This made me cry. I haven't cried since I don't know when. I think I have been rejecting my inner child because the image that came to mind for me to accept, was me playing soccer (football) which I used to play when I was younger. Il do more of the things I like to do. Il listen more to my inner child and I will love him everyday. Thank you

Too many times I've pressured myself to be and act like someone I'm not for the sake of my own internal problems and external forces. So much to a point that I would stress myself out so this helped. It also helps to know that I can authentically express my emotions and I don't have to be afraid of being vulnerable just for the sake of what other people will think because if I don't express my emotions it's only going to affect me not the others around me.

Having the courage to step outside in the world as ourselves. Spitiritual and deep connection with my inner-self this morning. The more loud it gets outside the more lost we feel, but if we are gentle, compassionate and loving with our self, then more light can come out of us and for instance, we can help others to light up as well.
