Once again thanks. I saw a lighter me without carrying the weight of trauma dancing to "I'm Every Woman." However, when I tried to get off the bench to leave the old me, something/someone was holding me down. I couldn't get up and that's okay. I gave and give myself grace. As the new told me, "trust the process." I'm not there yet but there will be a time when I return to this video and I am. ❤
It would be amazing if you did the longer ones more often. Even if the music continues for a longer time. I always do the next meditation or start the current one back over. I could sit here and listen to your voice for hours. ❤

Leaving behind the old me. Now its time to embrace the past and live in the moment. What happened was not in my control but today I have me. Today I know where to invest my energy. Starting my day with an affirmation: Today I will achieve what i desire. Universe is helping me to do what i deserve. What happened was not ment for me. No regrets.
When the new version of myself step through the door I saw how happy I was and at peace. And no longer feeling the pain of the past it made me cry. I needed this thank you.
Thank you. Great meditation. My body went cold and tingly exactly at the point when I left my old body for the door of the new me...then returned to warmth. It was like I stepped outside in the cool air. A rebirth of sorts. I am now at peace. Thank you.

I love the meditations with the letting go, it really helps me realize that some things just need to be let go.. It's part of my activation and ego dying so this really helps me thank you so much!
