Truck has gone threw many up grades since video was originally up loaded it is currently making little more than 2000 hp this is just a guess

This is really an awesome truck. A friend of mine has one ,with I think 48 inch bunk, that he bought from another friend of mine (Rattletrap) before he passed away. He restored it and it was lead truck at funeral. I sure love the sound of a v8 Mack! There's nothing else like them! Thank you for the video.
sir I respect you and I used to drive with my dad past your house in Pennsylvania plus I would always be happy whenever I saw that truck. my dad and I were in that blue peterbilt that drove past your house a lot.

So, this is probably the coolest truck on the planet. Even if it wasn't a tuned pulling truck, it's an 80s Mack with a giant diesel V8. Contest over.
I'm totally speechless. That thing is awesome Albert. It sounds so good at an idle. Those headers make ping giving it that one off sound.
thank you so much for sharing all that insight about the truck what an awesome superliner i can still remember when it was grey with red stripes and the little sleeper and i used to see u on rt. 78 hauling steel or lumber or something and then u would bring it to the buck and compete what an awesome ride glad to see you still pulling it!
I remember when the truck still had the sleeper and the old paint job. It has certainly progressed well thru the years!

I'm from PA my dad grew up driving Mack's we owned a furniture dray business! Wish I'd known about up at the Mack show I'm out in n Vegas now 😟... Put it on the dyno 😁? That whistle music to my ears!!
Nice truck! trucks now have no personal.. My pap used to have a 1969 Dodge Tandem Rig that he made into a dump truck.. Had A Cummins without a turbo and an 18 speed road ranger I miss that truck! He sold it to a collector that turned it back into a rig to haul his antique equipment.. It's always at the National Pike antique equipment and steam show in Brownsville PA

My goodness. How did you get all the performance parts for that E-9. People say parts are really hard to get for them. What was done to the truck can you share the knowledge?

I think it can hit 4700 but i'm not sure.
Also the idle sound is used for some Farm Sim mods which is awesome cause this thing is A BEAST.
Hopefully the creators were given premission to do so cause otherwise they might be in trouble.

BTW the truck my dad used to drive was that blue Pete plus it only made 415 HP and we didn't know how much torque but we guessed somewhere around 825 something like that but it had a turbo and that's what put it up to 415 HP and it would scream with that turbo even though it has a caterpillar c12 diesel and its super old and almost half a million miles on it.

you got to be doing something other than injectors, fuel lines, turbo, and headers to make it spin that high
My wish is for an 88 but they are just too rare and if you break the block they are impossible to get last one in australia was sold a couple years ago

Did you used to pull a flatbed with this and run with another magnum? I used to see them in Titusville and when I was working my dump truck down on 80 by Mercer exit I always seen them together, probably around 2000. Just wondered.
No truck would of been Gray at that time pulling Dump Trailor

Heavier valve springs and gov work gets it over 3000 rpm not sure on HP guess around 1500
