It wasn't exactly without pressure though. It was in a start, which auto qualifies it as a pressure situation. Also, Perez's 1st place meant Hamilton had to make a desperate move. What should be included though is Hamilton's Canada 2008 crash in the pit lane.
Did you not fancy including Hamilton running into the gravel in China in 2007. The 'brake magic' switch in Baku 21. BOTH unforced errors which would have made him an 8, even 9 time champion. And if you are including pre race errors, then Hamilton deciding to do pre race starts from a completely undesegnated part of the Russian pitlane in 2020 is as bad as some of them on the list.
I'm actually surprised the time Hamilton crashed out on his own in the pit lane entrance in China wasn't on this list. That cost him his first championship.
They probably haven't included it because of the circumstances - Hamilton was kept on the track way too long and couldn't turn properly then. Not clearly an unforced error, that's all. They didn't include vettel's 2018 germany crash either. Or schumi crash in monaco during the sc, andd many other crashes. "Conveniently missed ham's errors"... bruh, they had to chose 10 and chose these 10 with some other footages during a clip and another. That, Chinese gp pit entry disaster in 07 and magic button. Arguably costed him 2 championships but, Of course how could they point mistakes of the snowflake 😂 he might start crying and go missing again and sack the editor
Brake Magic should have been #1. It was a win thrown away that cost Lewis the championship, made when he was currently a 7 time world champion. Hard to top that.
Seb at Hockenheim 2018 not only deserved to be on this list, it deserved to be Top 3. If Hakkinen on the kerb at Imola deserved #2, then Seb just overshooting the stadium roundabout with no kerb definitely should be there. Hamilton's brake magic deserves to be on here as well.

Webber losing the car in the wet in Korea 2010 and basically throwing the championship. Seb Hockenheim. Hamilton China and rear ending Kimi in the pitlane. These are some moments that I came up without giving it much a thought that are imo far more deserving to be on the list than some pre race or practice session mistakes.
That's a bit special but memorable. Nobody knew the car would die with the revs so low. But it was only after that they knew it was the reason. Its pretty ridiculous for a car to do that but it was a really unreliable car with the gearbox
So I guess the Brake Magic issue with the race leader going straight in the first corner in a cloud of smoke, throwing away a certain win is not worth mentioning... Or the Emilia Romagna GP incident behind an SC... Strange.

People say that Ayrton Senna wanted to give Alain Prost a complete lap! The mistake cost him the race, but he said it motivated him to keep his concentration at an extreme level! Legends make mistakes too! 🇧🇷
I remember something about Prost later stating that he purposefully improved the race best lap to taunt Senna, and some time later Senna made his mistake while trying to reclaim it.
I'd rather think Prost would make us believe that. He is disingenuous with regards to Senna to this day. Would be better for him to not tell about their rivalry since we can't hear the other side of the story.
The thing is, he wanted to completely dominate Prost, and was succeeding all weekend, until Prost did 2 fastest laps in 2nd place, so Senna decided to push for the fastest lap of the race
Hamilton and brake magic button in Baku last year and ramming into the back of Kimi's Ferrari in the pitlane in Canada in 2008 seem like glaring omissions. Definitely could have made it ahead of Gene or Capelli.
Verstappen crashing in Monaco? Or his many crashes with Seb? Or his crash before the race even started in Hungary? Or his crash in Saudi Arabia qualifying. Or his crash with a backmarker when he was confortably leading the race in Brazil? The list is endless..
@@Euclides287 There's basically a ton of stuff that can make it to this list ahead of Capelli, Gene and Maldonado. But Lewis's Baku blunder was just too much. And if you are including pre race errors, then Hamilton deciding to do pre race starts from a completely undesegnated part of the Russian pitlane in 2020 is as bad as some of them on the list.
