One day on a trip to USA they had let him go but immediately went to search his daughter because they had seen her Mexican passport and she was very young at the time and searched extra on them. This infuriated him to see this and made this song soon after talking about politics and how a mexican is seen and their struggle in the USA. Props to that american who understood the situation in 2003 no less.
