Thanks Ron! I've flown it twice already and the gimbal looked perfect to me. I saw no shakes. It's possible it might need a small roll adjustment but I'm not sure. The camera definitely overexposes on default settings but thankfully there are ISO and exposure settings to fix that

Yeah though I usually call them Infrared sensors lol. Yes this one is a huge improvement but it isn't perfect

How much did you pay for it? Unless you got it really cheap I would cancel the order or return it for the new R version which should be available to purchase in 2 days.
I've seen to many horror stories about this drone however i understand you haven't had any issues
@@Scot-land yep, it's hit and miss. Mine had no problems and when I posted this review I was unaware that others had problems with it. Mine never had issues but others such as my friend Donnie had nothing but problems with his. The 720 series all have issues and they are hit and miss.

Do we know wy they didn't use a similar controller to the HS360S?
I don't know why either and I told them they should have used the new controller even though the 720R does seem to have good range. I suspect the 3KM range is a stretch because it is still WiFi based. The 360S uses a much better video transmission system and I don't know why they didn't use it on their premiere drone.
I found 2 channels having a problem with the hs720r like one of the channel said it had 19 satellites and after that all the sudden it started to toilet bowl on them and the other channel said that the hs720r was circling out of control
Yes some people have issues with this drone while orders like myself had no issues. My friend Donnie (Big drone Flyer 77) had all kinds of the issues you described. You may actually be referring to him. It seems to be a hit and miss issue. You are much better off buying a DJI.
@@RDsRCReviews I had a dji mini 2 se and a dji mini 3 but after 1 year my dji mini 2 se sometimes bumps and struggles to land sometimes and I even had it started to circle out of control but the only way to fix it is to turn off the rc and it will just rth and land
@@MillennialB1 that's extremely odd. DJI are very reliable. I have the Mini 2 and also had the original mini and I've never had a problem with either. Holy Stone are decent but they don't have the R&D of DJI so they will never be as good
@@RDsRCReviewsbro same when I tried to test my new dji air 3 outside it had 26 satellites and after I was at 50m the thing started to circle out of control and after like 36 minutes it somehow came back on me with a minute battery left

Bad toilet bowling issue on the other channel review... how they fix it... just another 720G they're saying...
That was Donnie's. I'm good friends with Donnie and I have discussed this with him. His clearly has a bad compass. Mine is fine. Watch my flight review and you'll see mine has no issues. As far as I know this drone does not have the issues that plagued the 720E and G. The drone won't be available until mid August now.

I'm not sure. I forgot to weigh it because it is well over 250g so it needs RID and FAA registration. I'll try to get that info to you soon, sorry

Yep, the 720E had phantom controls and was a POS. The 720G and this one are fine though.

@@mikehawk9156 I had zero issues with my 720G but my 720E was a POS. I mean, how could I know if mine flew fine? Am I supposed to lie and say it's a POS when I had no issues??? All I can give you is my personal experience.

WTF are you talking about? First off, this was only the unboxing video and secondly I have an entire flight review video. I had zero issues with the drone though I'm aware others have had problems. Tell me what I was untruthful about??

You said you flew it? Did you fly out more that 700 ft away? Because that’s about the max distance it will fly away without returning. Etc
@@apr6337 I didn't time the change time but obviously it'll be slow then charged by USB. I normally do give info charge time but with these slow USB chargers it's common sense that it takes forever. I flew it over a half a KM from my house with no breakup or lag but it is WiFi based so it's obviously not going to go 2KM. I would never recommend this drone over a DJI but it's decent for the price but I would always recommend a Mini 2 SE over this drone

I didn't disagree with you last week except I got a lot more than 700ft range but we agreed you were going to return it and get a DJI. Maybe you didn't realize it was me?? Anyway, just get a DJI Mini 2 SE and you'll be happy. :)
