Not sure why all the haters. I have 3 DJIs, Hollystone 720s and the 720r and they keep up with the competition. The 4k looks amazing on the 720R. Love flying it.
I like that drone, thanks for the flight. If you fly it again, it would be nice to see if the camera would be clearer or if it was actually the haze in the air. Always enjoy Abbys smile but nice to hear her anyway :) Sending a prayer to the family and may God bless y'all
I just received my spy drone, not that Machine, it's the RC ERA C127 and I already ordered 4 more batteries - from Banggood! My card worked! So maybe that Eachine wasn't available - don't know. But this has a great box, thin plastic molding but fits everything even space for the 4 batteries. Can't wait to try this out!

Great drone. Would love to see a follow-up on a clear day so we can see true quality of the camera, a bummer that testing it in not ideal conditions. I think this is a great value, would love to see a second battery included in the kit though. I know you can compare directly to DJI, but this company isn't going to have the R&D budget DJI does, so paying a little more for close-enough features and probably less quality of camera and shorter range, still a win when you consider the privacy issues of DJI. Keep it up Holy Stone!
Any competition for DJI is good! This coming from a Mini 3 pro, Air 3, Avata, Action 4, and osmo phone gimbal owner.
In fact I was going to get the DJI Mic system but got the new Rode wireless pro mic system instead because of the advancements made due to competition.

I purchased one of these online after flying a Mavic 2 and sadly, it was not impressive. It said "4K" the video was 720P at best.
It crashed itself into a wall on multiple occasions, almost took me out once, and when I pressed the return home button it flew straight up like 50 feet and just hovered there til i regained control and landed it manually.
I genuinely hope others have a better experience than I did.
Hello, I have a ZLRC SG906pro and every time I change the battery I cannot get the controller to connect back to the drone.
What is the proper sequence of starting everything up after battery change? Thanks
As of yesterday, there are no HS720R batteries on Ebay or TEMU. Amazon had them for around $90.

Nice review! Is it a DJI, no...but it's geared to a different clientele, and for them it's great. AND...you don't have to worry about the DJI geofencing that can lock your drone down and their is no way around it.

seems decent for a beginner drone. I'd still stick with with og mavic air. you can get a used mavic air for that price. ive had my mavic air for 4 yrs now and don't see replacing it anytime soon
The Air is one DJI drone that I never got, but always wanted! Yeah, it is not a bad idea to buy second hand RC stuff, especially if you trust the source. You can save a LOT of money that way! 👍💯😎⚓️
I had the 720 and you could always see the propeller in every shot. I returned it in less than a week and ordered the DJI MAVIC MINI.
How? He just did a whole video and never showed this.

From my perspective Abby's phone had a clearer picture 📸 than the drone. So maybe you did miss🤔 the plastic cover.🤔🤔😁😁. Still prefer a controller with integrated screen. NO phone holder. If you have any of the other 720 drones can you see if any of the props fit the 720r? Right now they're not selling anything for that drone but the battery
HS720G are the same props - like most drone sellers (inc DJ....) they give u a phillips screwdriver with the drone but the screws are nearly always Japanese Industry Standard JIS - very different geometry and driving angles and vectors. other 720 props do not fit. tho, if u r up to it u can remove the cotter pins and reuse u r own rotor heads with the new blades.
do you use your cell phone to see the pics or does it come with a screen? Amazing how those little motors don't overheat being in the air so long.
You use your cell phone to see the live video feed, but it also saves to a micro SD card 👍😎💯⚓️

It isn't a new drone. It is the MJX Bugs 18 Pro. They did add timelapse features to it, so there is some "new" to it.
Id rather buy a dji, even a second hand dji model over this. They will give you aftersales support too.

Did you remove the protective plastic from the camera? The video looks like my friends did before he removed the plastic. It was much clearer after he realized that was still on there.
For a toy drone it’s not bad but the picture quality is still not as good as the cheapest dji drone. Video was too yellow and very washed out. Good for Holystone to put out a decent toy drone but still room for improvement. ⚓️ Thanks Nate and Abby for putting it on your channel.

A friend of mine just got a Holystone 360S and his first videos and images looked like this, then he realized he left the protective plastic on the camera screen and they looked a lot clearer after that LOL

Looks like altitude hold doesn't work very well. Every time you let go of the controls it descends.
If I were you, I'd be real careful flying over the water, unless it has a submarine mode...
probably didn't calibrate it... still would get a dji for a few bucks more, or a used mav air
I have the DJI mini 3 pro with the screen built in the transmitter. I know it’s alot more money but that drone it sweet and the camera is amazing. I’m not impressed with the image quality on this one.
We are spoiled with the stacked camera sensors DJI uses. Helps that DJI uses the same camera technology IPhone has.
It’s not just cost that matters. I’ve owned mjx, hubsan and fimi “budget” drones. Reliability and support for these drones is poor. If they become damaged, I wish you luck getting them repaired. Furthermore, they do not retain there value. Save your money and spend a little more for an new/used entry level DJI drone. You won’t regret it. I’m not a DJI fanboy, they simply make the best most reliable and serviceable drones which retain their value.
Sometimes, many times actually, people can’t afford the DJI price tag. All we are saying in this video, is that it’s a good bang for your Buck drone. But you have good advice. If a person can afford it, a GOOD DJI drone is definitely better. Keep in mind, DJI has put some bad stuff out there too, and we’ve owned many of them! Happy flying 👍💯😎❤️⚓️

Temu is crap, you'll get screwed soon enough.
The problem with Temu, is (especially with electronic products) most of their customers and reviewers are too inexperienced to realize they've been scammed. They buy a "one million lumen" flashlight for $30, but they don't realize that a real million lumen light would bleach their retinas, would need a 6s battery to power it, and the bulb would get so hot it needs water cooling.
Instead, they receive a bright flashlight (that's worth $10) and they don't understand the scam, so they leave a good review.
Stay on Temu long enough, you'll get scammed, if you're smart enough to notice.
Wanna know what happened when Temu sold me a "100 watt USB C cable" that clearly had "30 watts" printed on it?
I told em I didn't want a refund, I wanted them to make the scammer change their listing. They told me they "had no control over the product page of sellers" on their site.
If you don't believe me, I screen shotted the entire chat with the Temu rep. I'll upload it to my RUclips page if you want.
They're a big scam, and it's only getting worse. Their prices aren't even much better than Amazon at this point.

In america the hs360 costs 170 where here in amazon spain for 199 whe have the crappy hs175 without gimbal or evenxsd card or more than 300 m fpv !!! To expensive !!! People now can buy from bangood drones much cheaper and better and have them shipped in 7 days so ...
And here almost all models are out off stock or unavailable , only hs175 or the crappy hs110g !!!and the mini cheap toy ones !!!! The good stuff they dont even sell !!

For 120-140 i would buy the hs360s since is the same drone as the sjrc f5s pro plus ,costs 170€ but it as a 2 axis gimbal ,where the 360 dont have ! But for 30-40 less its worth it ! So holystone send me the new 360 spydi !

@@wayneself7319 Same price as atom fly more kit on amazon. But the 720r kit comes with less. My Atom came with 3 batteries, a parallel charger and a better case for the same money and has a better camera and arguably more stability. I'd pass on this overpriced 720r.

Sorry guys. The camera quality isn’t very good. Definitely not 4K. The image is milky and oversaturated. Even the original DJI Spark, which only had a 1080p two axis camera, looked much better quality. Providing the price is right, it might be a good beginner drone. 🙂
Steven this is quite definitely 4K it’s just a low cost 4K there is a difference between spending money on good 4K and spending money on bad 4k
It depends on how much storage you have on a SD card too! The " bigger" the card, the better the quality.

I actually like the drone. I think the price is very good especially considering my only drone a 13 year old Blade QS2 cost more with far less in the package.
As far as the nay sayers and their emotive attitudes demonstrated by their trash talk I would say almost surely they could not design & build on their own anything even close to this drone even with the help of wishful thinking & I would love to hear their rehtoric describing their own efforts for I bet it would be all about how great they are, right?
If you have ever flown a "DJI Budget Drone" you will know by watching this review, that they are leaps ahead of this drone. You claimed it had a range of almost 10, 000 ft and then flew it to 800ft and was amazed it didnt lose connection. WOW ? Couldnt even take off and maintain stability and when landing it was all over the place. Camera is crap. Funny how the camera recording yourself didnt pick up the "haze" over the lake. For anyone serious about drones, your review and footage will surely make them consider not buying this. I would certainly advise not to buy this but instead go for a "DJI Budget Drone", or even a refurbed unit from DJI (with care refresh)

@@TheRcSaylors I'll say Don't buy the 720g is not safe I went out control after a few flights and the customer service thought I didn't read the manual which it comes with it and I knew about calibration because I had a cheaper drone that had gps but no gimbal this one the 720g has a 2x gimbal plus digital stabilizer so it was good but like I said it when left sideways and backwards at a speed that was faster than the little push I gave to the joystick so I had to quickly react and push forward and right which was kinda scary because it would leave my eye of sight I had to press the speed 2 to actually go forward and it went slow so when I get it on top of me and let got the joystick it goes back again so the only way to recover is to press the return home otherwise you'll have to fight it all the way which is annoying and scary if it goes into a car, a window of a building or a person which mine went over 2 ladies who were kinda into an argument so they didn't notice the drone went by into a tree and landed upside down with the motors going crazy sounded like a drill and I pressed the off button and still took like 4 seconds to respond another time went into a tree and got stuck and wouldn't turn off so I was thinking I hope it doesn't catch on fire because the motor was stuck and on I had to throw my phone into it and it fell after 4 times ,after that It went ghost touching again sideways into a building after a few flights so it doesn't happened all the time but knowing the danger I couldn't lend it to someone who asked me to try it when it crashed into a building the gimbal stopped working but non of the 4 crashes damage the propellers or the gimbal the company doesn't honor the warranty unless you pay 300 on their Amazon or eBay store I got mine for 180 so they would not help me and they didn't since the first out of control before I crashed so I would not recommend this drone I'm going to post the videos minus the toilet bowling one was so big the drone went around me at 4 feet ,I don't have a camera outside to record the misbehaving only once I could catch the landing that the motors won't turn off because I record with another phone was carrying just in case

A DJI Refurbished Mini 2 comes to mind. Even the Mini 2 SE would be better. The RTH is always accurate. I'm never afraid if my drone will come back when its DJI. I've had dozens of drones from Holystone, DeeRC, MJX, but none of them will ever compare to the reliability and quality DJI puts out.@@TheRcSaylors

well i have had it a couple of days and have been using it.... This is pretty much a piece of junk. does not sync up half the time and takes off like its possessed. i followed the instructions exactly. its crashed on its own so many times now that 1 or 2 more and its done for. i should have gone with my gut and bought a dji. would not have had these problems. JUNK

I’ve owned the 720 and the 720E. Both were terrible and unreliable. They cost over 300 dollars each. Get a DJI mini 2se, it’s the same price and is 100x better in every way. Holy Stone makes expensive toys, not real drones.
