If you don’t have to commit a crime to be arrested. I'm not going to mention my age or gender, but I was driving my minivan.
Mr. Biscobing, your video shows exactly why the DOJ is correct in its assessment of the Phoenix Police Department. The fact that they had no problem with one of their officers arresting a person who was filming, and instead “counseling” that officer because he was “distracted from his primary duty” tells us that the DOJ is spot-on in its assessment. These videos you have made are so informative, and they make my blood boil when I see the abuses perpetrated on citizens.
And of course, the violate peoples rights and then the civilians have to pay it. It should be law that it should have to come out of officers pension if it comes out of their pension then I guarantee you they won’t be violating peoples rights anymore should also come out of their paycheck. it should come from the officers, not the civilians taxes…

Yes, WTF ?
But, hey, that's how they let 45 get away with so much crap!
Kinda like an ignorant orange jackass trying to start a coup, and then running for president. When his pos self should be in prison if not swinging

Oh please.
In a functioning Republic with the rule of law, there is no such thing as qualified immunity, civil asset forfeiture, or Terry v. Ohio.
There are thousands of communities all over America that have to endure this kind of policing! (TO PROTECT AND SERVE) themselves.
Charge them and their department with RICO Violations, they had an organized pattern of breaking the law, that is a RICO Violation.
The FBI are too much in bed with the police from recruiting from police officers and combined task forces to ever actively seek to prosecute their buddy's 😊
🚨A MUST SEE. 🚨Thank you for sharing this important information. 💯
They absolutely can’t be allowed to police themselves.
Intimidation and retaliation. Plain and simple. Despicable.
Debt to tyrants. Quit paying these cowards to abuse you
Facts
That’s why I don’t vote for my own oppression.
A camera to a cop is like holy water to a demon.
I used to live in Phoenix and this has become common, common practice among it's officers. As other commentors have stated, it's a nation-wide epidemic. Notice the attitudes of the so-called officers? Bullies, arrogance, and having no regard for the law is their default setting; they feel they're above the law and can administer the law as they deem necessary. They have no idea how it has created a great distrust in law enforcement worldwide. I know I don't trust them at all and never, never donate money to them.
I’m not sure why they’re singling out just the Phoenix PD almost every PD is Arizona acts like this and not just Arizona but every state in America. The constitution doesn’t exist for law enforcement or anyone who works in government no one is held accountable and corruption is encouraged
That cop should be in prison
@steelrain5626 you should be...now go sit back down on your Mom's couch and eat your cookies and milk like a good little Simp at age 30.
This is malfeasance in office and you file one at the clerk of courts office..
Also having a cell block full of "boyfriends"
Death row for insubordination, armed kidnapping, false imprisonment, violence under the color of law, coercion, physical assault, and acts of war against America.

how much of a POS bully do you have to be to go out of your way to make homeless people's lives worse? PURE EVIL
Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor. The police steal from the poor and give to the rich.
Says the POS Bully who isn't a cop....
Was thinking the same thing...
Tell them they can camp on your yard or business or anywhere else belonging to you😊
Homeless are just druggies trying to harass cops. Eat crap and get a job...
I think the worst part of this is that other officers allow these violations to happen without saying anything
Your rights end, when you violate mine.
One would think by this time every police officer in the United States would have received the memo regarding recording in public. It is no longer possible or plausible that an officer issuing orders to stop recording could be doing so in good faith.
Man you know Dave's gotta be squeaky clean because Phoenix PD probably has a whole detail assigned to finding something to charge him with
He needs 24/7 private security. We all know these cops are plotting and scheming to get him.
If you don’t have to commit a crime to be arrested. Do you watch the video they frame everyone if they don’t actually commit a crime they lie they make up stuff in the court today if there’s no video to back up what happened then you must leave with the officer says is the fact see the courts are in on it with the people are the only ones who are in the outside. There is no justice. There will never be any justice. This is America. It’s an illusion we are fucked
Qualified immunity has to end.
It needs to be put on the ballot let the people vote to take it out
Also, judgments should come from police pensions, not taxpayers. Then, they'll really police themselves and each other.
And then no one in their right mind would sign up to be a cop and then American society would go absolute 3rd world.
It appears all police are trained to say “stop resisting”. Regardless what is happening. Almost as common as “I smell marijuana” to argue reasonable suspicion.
My gosh. The ENTIRE department is condemned by the DOJ and nothing but a wrist slap for a handful of officers. That's terrible.
Even when they're found guilty nothing is ever done. The chief should have been fired for operating a gag of terrorist.
How are these specific cops not charged with crimes? I would be charged, you would be charged...but these thugs get away with it. Where is the justice?
Who’s going to charge a cop? Another COP?? They don’t do that. It’s that simple. We need an entirely separate police force designated solely to policing cops. Of course that will never happen. Nothing will ever happen. They generate over 30 billion a year in fines. That machine will never be hindered.
Maybe they need to change their name to The Department of maybe somewhat, a little bit sometimes, could be sorta like justice-it all depends?
apparently it's in the Amendment after the first one.
@@DecimatorPrimeyeah try that and let me know how it works out for you. Well you’ll have to have someone else tell me because you won’t be able to being under the ground and all.
@@shavinmccrotch9435 The answer is always greed.
Stop it. They understand. They just don't care because they are never held accountable. Taxpayers pay for lawsuits. Cops just keep on going
He got counseling and they approved this arrest? Disgusting cowards!
And, clearly, abusers.
They need to stop with the “ do not understand “ they just don’t care . They know they will get away with unlawful actions because the District Attorney’s office will let them .
This is where the second amendment would come into play.
It's crazy they swear the oath, (that it's a crime to violate), to uphold Constitutional law, as a condition of employment. Two of them conspiring to do it is ALWAYS a felony! 18 USC 241& 18 USC 242
Truth, try & tell that to a judge & he orders more Domestic Terrorists & Yells Say that again & its Contempt of court! These Traitor's will learn to FEAR We The People once again! Tick tock...
They understand, but just don`t care. Nothing happens to THEM.
Citizens are tired of having to give our taxes to payout for their lawsuits!!
No more payouts!! Let the police unions pay the money 😡. We want that money for schools and services. Not paying out for their acts of violence.
You actually work for them so your point is invalid
You clowns and your tax claims...
Happened every day all over the country. Not all cops are bad, but most are not trained on constitutional rights or Descalation.
I've been threatened with arrest for peacefully recording police by a Phoenix, PD officer. And for anyone who says they do this because of officer safety issues, that's BS: It was late July, way up in one of the safest areas of Phoenix, the 'far north', less than a mile from the town of Cave Creek's border, on a sunny afternoon around 2pm. I'm not going to mention my age or gender, but I was driving my minivan.
ABC15...the only station in AZ with the balls to hold police accountable.
Retaliation is coming, bet On It!
It baffles the mind people still support the police.

Criminal organizations dont like to be filmed while committing crimes.
The arresting cops need to be permanently banned from employment in law enforcement, and jailed for 3-5 years.
Color of law crimes!
Must hold liable the officer that caused the harm in his private capacity and this behavior will stop.
Abolish qualified immunity
They don't get qualified immunity if they reasonably should know it's a civil rights violation.
Our civil rights are not "a game" and any office who thinks it is needs fired we 0% chance of ever being a government employee again
They don't want their "corruption " showing!!!
Why do these people still have jobs in law enforcement?
We use news like this to teach our children not to trust the police.
take the $$$$$ from their pockets NOT the towns
Citizens need to file lawsuits against the police.
Expensive, We must figure out a way to do it though.

About time that this type of crap from cops is starting to make its way into the Federal eye. It has been going on for far too long.

Correction, they don't care about peoples constitutional rights.
And of course, the violate peoples rights and then the civilians have to pay it. It should be law that it should have to come out of officers pension if it comes out of their pension then I guarantee you they won’t be violating peoples rights anymore should also come out of their paycheck. it should come from the officers, not the civilians taxes…
Why are they covering the faces of this tyrants !!
Traitors/domestic Terrorists
The tyrants feel they own the land here in AZ. Typical abuse and misconduct.
And people wonder why police are so hated.
