- In this particular video I purchase land and give you a little tour around the proprety, then we go to lunch to celebrate our new purchase at a local resturant in Flagstaff, where we see small robots everywhere on the streets.... THEY"RE TAKING OVER!!!! LOL Welcome to my channel PandaMonium. My name is Ausia and my dog's name is Moo-moo... my rig is the Lucky Panda, a 28ft 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun with a tow trailer and Can-am Maverick 4 wheeler... here we tackle updates, upgrades, travel, rv lifestyle with some hiking, ebiking, 4 wheeling, exploring and events. I travel with a tribe and live full-time in a motorhome off the grid with 700ah of Battle Born lithium batteries. This is my everyday life and tour across America in my 28' RV, so join me if your open to excitement & fun traveling on the road during my trip through the many states and cities .....wish me luck and good fortune on this lifelong adventure. I'm sure someone has already said this but the robots are for campus food delivery .
Congratulations! I'd fence in a quarter acre in the middle somewhere and install a 16 or 20 ft pen gate. Make one big turn around inside for people to park and camp and leave the center open for gathering. It will give you a place to plant things and build fire pits and cooking areas that won't be disturbed by wandering cows. Having a well dug would be the next ideal improvement. If the well doesn't have to be too deep you could then drop your own 12 volt pump down the encasement and power it with an RV. You can pick up a used plastic food container (275 - 325 gallons) and place that up high on a foundation and fill it when you need to and use it to fill RV tanks and for watering whatever you grow there. The well will add a lot of resale value to the land.
Yeah, but that well just to start is 20,000. But it's worth it!!
Absolutely! Can also be used for BFE fire safety.
Good idea about a central gathering spot. You also want to think about how the land is worn by the other RVs. In other words what kind of path is being cut by the driving in and out. Congrats!!!

So happy for you. Build a cover for you to drive through to protect you home. A nice storage attached to cover to store water and organize all that won't go bad. You can make a small herb house plant. I love it. A nice deck that you just drive up too.

Looks like a lovely spot - and that perfect rainbow sure felt like a sign you've found home! Those mountains look so beautiful, & how cool to see how the land & mountains look as the light changes. It's a big plus that you'll have a spot with plenty of room to let your friends with rigs visit, & stay a while, with no restrictions, plus sunrise & sunsets every day!
Those robotic things were puzzling. Wondering if you ever found out what they were about? Mail delivery maybe?
What a smart decision!!! Congratulations 🎊....... no restrictions...... your own boss ... you can even make a your own sandbag home if you wanted too .... something I want to do ....

That looks yummy. Congrats, Ausia and everyone for the land purchase....yay! Beautiful property. Anyone that visits, ask them to bring a tree to plant around the property. It's their tree and they can watch it grow for years to come :) It keeps the dust down and makes it cooler. Plant fruit trees and grapes. Create a vegetable garden for fresh produce...yum. Have chicken for fresh eggs. Just a thought :)

I slept late and there was a nest and an egg on the porch. That mama really wanted to be a mom. with all that is going on I didn't have the heart to tear it up. It's life. It's hope. The baby is almost big enough to fly now and they built a new nest. Mama is sitting on eggs. I may never get my porch back. Lol You all stay safe and happy. Love you guys.
