I'd also order what you want... Interest rates will be coming down sooner than later. You go room to room and order outlets, wall finish, siding, steel roof, fixtures...etc
A manufactured home is usually hauled in on trailers and bolted down to a foundation. It gets much better insurance rates and should have lower financing rates. You want to avoid anything that stays on wheels.
This is a good option for financing. Quick has what you need, and you can pay on it. You can build this model for half the price, but you'd have to build it, and you'd have to find financing. Pros and cons. Hey you need a place quick this is it!

We have asked if they want to move into the house and they would prefer staying in the bigger shedroom until their cabin is built. Only because all of their furniture wouldn't fit into the rooms of these houses.

The moisture from the bathroom/shower/bath / will ruin your clothes in an open closet and even if the closet has a door moisture could still get in from under the door . So you would need to put a rolled up towel or something at the bottom of the door to keep the moisture out of the closet.
Yeah we didn't like that closet being in the bathroom like that or even having a door to a closet in the bathroom. I think we have decided on the house were going with and will also be making plans for modifications to one were choosing.
