Ready Set, good looking truck,, I have one of the 14B buggy, little hesitant about running it in the back (40). Don't want to over heat the electronics. What are your thoughts?
@sparetimerc On your backyard track, it should be good. That 14B can handle the heat. I found the 14B to be a little nose heavy which I had to adjust with a little extra throttle. Strange this did not have the same effect. Thinking the tires could be helping with that.
It’s a good truck. That plastic spur gear does strip out though. I have two other 1/14 scale cars and they are all the same size, length and wheelbase 🤷♂️
@cwatson42785 All of them😆 I'm going to take the mini lmt out since I haven't gotten that in my hands yet. If the Reflex did break on me on the first 3 minutes it would be it especially it's what everyone is going to take the Grom to at some point plus by the time you get the Grom to it's level it's going to be more than the Reflex. But for my straight out of the box experience it was the Grom.
@Atown804 The Savage XS, bigger and heavier. I wouldn't put them in the same class. Even though the XS is smaller than 10th scale, the performance and durability kind of falls more inline with that scale.
@spenn2007 This is one of those cases where price can not dictate desire. I know for me, I have no desire for a Gorgon, nice truck but not something I would get at this point in the hobby. 14MT all day. Most times I don't want to lug those 8th scale and bigger trucks but I want to run something when I'm waiting at the track or soccer field (kids 😊). These little RC's are perfect. I will agree the price, they could do better. $199.99 would really give those Amazon specials a run for their money.
Love the look of that little beast , perfect rc to take anywhere !! I need me one lol
@kaosr.c Man, I'm going to start calling these pocket bashers, you read it here first😆 These little things are great!
Great video... Salute!
@Daywalker_Lee Hey Tracy Lee! Man I was impressed with the 14B, this kills it.
It looks to be fun to drive. There are a lot of nice rcs lately.
@johnlujan8706 True👍
No way I love how compact it looks
@ironj100 Not sure why it took TA this long to release this truck, they got a winner.
cool rc and great review brother
@islandrc-duke1972 Thanks Duke, wait until you see this thing running.
Cool video 🔥 👍🏽 💯 💪🏾
@j.c.proctor Thank you for checking it out👍
Very nice brother. I enjoy mine.
@UDRC85 Thanks brother! How's yours holding up?
@@ReadySetRC so far so good. I jumped it on a few separate occasions and it did well. No breakages as of yet.

@GreatLakesRC Right! This scale thing is all screw'd up😆
Wow i missed this release. Hey bud if you had to choose between these 3 for a small rc which one you taking....Grom, reflex mt or mini losi lmt? 🤔

How does this compare to HPI small MT?

This is an amazing , durable little truck. I agree , scale is mis represented. It’s more of a 1/16
@BangForYourBuckRc I'm hoping this get's Losi back in the game (speaking about the mini 8ight line up).
@@ReadySetRCI’m also shocked they never did a MT Pro but I figure it’s because Horizon owns them now and it would mess with the Granite too much.
Have the Grom and the reflex. The Grom dominates that truck. TA has a lot of nerve saying the reflex is 14th scale. Same exact size as the Grom.
@markschwing3850 Not too sure why they insisted in the 14th scale moniker.
I wonder if it's the same size as the mjx hyper gos?
@@cwatson42785 it's the same size as a matchbox car.
How slow could I make it go for a 5 year old?
@dan__________________ I'm not sure on the mph but it has a throttle limiter dial from 0 to 100%.
This for 200.00 or the 1/10 scale Arrma Gorgon for 139.99 lmao. Team associated is crazy
Gorgon is 2wd & brushed motor. The Reflex is 4wd & brushless, a much better rc in my opinion...
Terrible comparison lol.
@@pwd1134 Exactly... Arrma doesn't even sell anything smaller than 1/10 scale. A Granite 4x4 BLX is $329 but still not even a good comparison.
