      @@empowerphysioyes I was pushing to get last lots out. I thought it might be due to adhesions from a bladder examination six years ago.

    This is so helpful with frequent bladder infections I find it difficult to pass water sometimes, I will certainly try the stool and rocking. Thankyou.
