Hey Guys so @ 1:50 I show the wrong order for the clutch pieces. It's supposed to go washer, locking plate and then the nut.

Done my '97 cr250 full rebuild including suspensions yesterday and I can say it sounded mean. Great video btw and nice build

Question for you, the new cylinder head you put on that bike was it an A cylinder and did you use a B piston in it with out any work done to the head? Reason I ask is because you can’t get an A piston anymore and I am doing the same build and need a new cylinder myself. A cylinder is 66.34mm and B is 66.35mm so not much but just curious.

It’s an A cylinder with a B piston with no work done to anything. I’ve heard every warning not to do that but I didn’t have much luck finding an A piston so I ran it. No issues whatsoever yet. There’s about 20 hours on the bike now the bike starts and runs perfectly so I’m not sure if I’d recommend it but it worked out for me 🤷🏼‍♂️

Thanks for the reply, Much appreciated. I am going to do the same, check ring end gap and run it. You probably hear this a lot but thanks for making all your video, it really helped me build my 03 cr250. 🤘
