Simple carb to take in if you need some carbs and calories to go. Same he does explain multiple times and the beans are just the same. Quick and simple to make and quick source of protein without having to add anything. Something every bodybuilder appreciates because it's hard enough already to eat these amounts of food over the day, every day without feeling sick and tired of it.
