- Bubbles is a technique to help children learn social skills. Therapists, counsellors, and parents can use this activity to teach young children how to follow rules, wait patiently for their turn, share, and say please and thank you.

I love how you were very specific in telling the kids exactly what was expected for the activity and how you used specific verbal praise to reinforce the concepts! That's exactly what kids need to learn good behavior.

What an excellent activity for teaching the social skills! So many children (and adults) can benefit from this kind of gentle instruction. What beautiful words of encouragement young people can learn!
This is a great idea.
I think a great idea, would be also to teach kids how to come up with good "rules" or agreements on how they will take turns. Like they can agree to go two times or three before the next person's turn. :perhaps a little bit of leadership and initiative and critical thinking can help
That's a great idea and a nice addition to this activity!
This is a great idea!! I will use this to help my children learn manners.
Really well explained so both the students and other teachers/parents get a clear idea of the intentions and the rules.. And it is really easy to transfer to almost anything, eg shooting hoops in basketball ect. I like someones comment of then letting them make the rules and agreeing on them.. A mixture of variation and self made rules over time would really bring it home i think :)
Thanks Zoey!
This is a great activity suggestion. Thx
+TheQueenPalace Thanks!
Nice!
