Bubbles: A Social Skills Activity

Bubbles is a technique to help children learn social skills. Therapists, counsellors, and parents can use this activity to teach young children how to follow rules, wait patiently for their turn, share, and say please and thank you.

I think a great idea, would be also to teach kids how to come up with good "rules" or agreements on how they will take turns. Like they can agree to go two times or three before the next person's turn. :perhaps a little bit of leadership and initiative and critical thinking can help

Really well explained so both the students and other teachers/parents get a clear idea of the intentions and the rules.. And it is really easy to transfer to almost anything, eg shooting hoops in basketball ect. I like someones comment of then letting them make the rules and agreeing on them.. A mixture of variation and self made rules over time would really bring it home i think :)
