I think the young lady with the blue eyes is beautiful.
I notice that there are some RUclipsrs that are first-generation Americans.
Haitian, African, Jamaican( which have beautiful women, by the way).
But it seems like there are some RUclips influencers who have a dislike for themselves and project that hatred on others.
Their platform is growing, with attempts to convince others that their beauty is not attractive.
Which has created this division amongst women of color and different ethnic backgrounds. The aggression and tone that I hear does not help their image or platform.
I believe every woman has the right to a soft life if she chooses.
Women who choose to listen to negativity will slowly start to embrace it and live it. ( consciously and subconsciously)
I once subscribed to a few of those channels, and I noticed the pattern of hatred instead of uplifting women.

Yes! I remember when Oprah Winfrey did this to Tika Sumpter on her show. Tika was being interviewed and Oprah steered the conversation towards colorism and Tika BRIGHTLY SMILED and said, "I've honestly never experienced that. I can't remember one time feeling or being treated as less than because of my complexion." Oprah was very uncomfortable and visibly disgusted by Tika's response. So, of course, she just had to push the issue and she went after Tika's family and her upbringing. She insinuated that Tika's parents, particularly her DS father must've treated her less than her LS sister but Tika shut her down.😁 She was like, "Actually, it was the opposite!" She said, "My father actually spoiled me and openly favored me because I was the only one in the house who actually had his same rich skin color. He always said that I was his chocolate little twin." Oprah was DONE!!!!😂 The interview was obviously awkward after that because I guess Oprah had a whole line of questioning that went with Tika being a victim. Meanwhile, Tika was there to celebrate her successes in her career on one of the biggest television platforms in the industry and Oprah was trying to dim her light by trying to make her feel like the so-called ugIy and mistreated darky.

If you have any feature that will take black male attention away from them they go crazy. I consider myself to be unambiguous nonados black women of belizean andnhonuran descen & I definitely do not have those sentiments of inner hatred. I call out everybody light medium dark.I don't care what kind of type of black you are ados or non-ados I call EVERYBODY out on their bullshet and give credit when due, every plight is valid.

@@ExoticalsUnitedvery valid point I agree. Most UABAW do work against themselves constantly. Every time I point it out , my cultural background is used as a us vs them deflection so I gave up. I'm in my own lane. I do appreciate hearing from other black adjacent communities.Of different races, colors and cultures. To see what everyone has to say and everything is all valid.Everyone has the right to speak on the truth as they see it Congratulations by the way on your growing channel EU. I don't always agree in every little thing and that's OK but I absolutely respect your movement for MLSB people. Everyone deserves a movement of their own.

I agree black people are very featurist towards other skin complexions and even other diasporan blacks. Yet they accuse others of featurism, many of them have internalized featurism and antiblackness themselves. I even got called out by darker hued female relatives for having a "mature face" but I never made comments about them ever. The Opposite sex never had a issue with my face.So I knew that it had to do with projection and jealousy on their part. They do the same thing to Lil Mama, and I hate how blackfolks talk so bad about her looks comparing here to lil bow wow or saying she has an old lady face because TO ME she's absolutely gorgeous and has good head on her shoulders. You can have strong broad features such as myself and STILL be beautiful in any complexion. You wear your features proudly! ❤

Some people would harshly criticize the unibrow that I inherited from my father. I love my broad afrocentric features that consists of my almond shaped eyes, full lips and plus size pear shaped body that comes from the nigerian side of my family. On multiple occasions I had to deal with some of my classmates touching me without my consent and making rude comments about my body. Some of my classmates tried to peer pressure me into shaving my eyebrows thin thankfully I never listened to them.

Yeah, and due to that half of them do embrace their own beauty and try to overcome that, but you do have half of them projecting and putting down the woman who are praised by society down due to their own issues. Honestly, I just hate this whole color shit anyways.. being fetishized or praised because you’re lighter is legit Eurocentric featurism..

They also uplift lightskin women over darkskin women. They can also be self depricating with regards to their own hair texture and skin tone.

I am not sure if my story relates but I am medium brown with long 3b-3c ish hair. My dad’s side is creole and my mom’s side is Native American. I have been told I look Colombian, Dominican, Indian, Ethiopian. One woman stopped me and asked if I was Ethiopian because I looked like people from her country. Growing up it’s like people made me feel like I was not good enough or pretty enough because I did have a big butt. I am more heavy bust wise. But guys would always give comments like, “dam I have dated girl thicker than you” or “I have to date a thick woman”, or “you don’t have butt” like as if that is the only reason I am not perfect. It has made it so insecure about my size and I have become obsessed with only one part of my body.
