Connie!!! I finally got around to making this. It is superb! In fact, I never told my mother and sister what it was. They are huge carnivores. They ate it and loved it! Of course, I had to tell them afterwards. Boy, they were sure surprised. Thank you so much for offering such amazing recipes! Love ya to the moon and back!

@@conniesrawsomekitchen I tried the cultured sour cream made with cashews, rejuvelac refined coconut oil and salt. It tasted too much like the sour cream I always didn't like. This one is delicious.

SO nice that you cut that acid w/the lime juice! Great to know, esp. for those that need to watch the acidic/ph levels. (No cancer can survive in a non-acidic body and w/o feeding it sugar, it will die a natural death) It is not the only natural thing I am doing, but I am doing all that I know helps. Thank U Jesus.

any soft nut works the best I *always use cashews* but u can try macadamia nuts. you just don't want gritty.

adding a probiotic capsule to this recipe and putting it into the oven with a light bulb on for a few hours even up to 17 it not only thickens up it's sours more.
