Whenever I finish re-watching one of Nick's videos on Aquaholic for the 10th time I come over here to see some more Nick's videos xD But Jack's videos are also amazing
think this is the 1st boat review i've seen in ages where ropecutters have been fitted, beginning to think they'd gone out of fashion . Wonder how they would work on contra rotating IPS's ?
Almost bought the 870 from Poole Marina approx 7 yrs ago, but it was single engined and struggled to do 22 kts, even after I paid for the hull to be pressure washed off! Very solid boats though. 5.1 tons I believe. I now actually regret not buying it. The Starfisher brand are slightly faster, but don't quite have the Rodman's trench like stability.
not for me but it would suit someone right down to the ground, think I would do away with the cabin, and convert it to something like a bigger galley come sitting area. you moonlighting Nick
Nothing more than a single day fishing trip Boat i`d say , more worrying i notice is much of the electrical wiring to the engine is very low down so first sign of a few inches of water on board and bang ! everything shorts , not what you need to add to any emergency.
An interesting little boat. A straightforward boat for serious fishers. However, Nick's voice is a little high-pitched. And the video seems to move a bit too fast. Please nuke this and post it PROPERly. Thanks.
Rodman is a fitting name for a boat made for fishing
Never clicked an Aquaholic video so.....Wait a minute.
We knew him before he was famous ;-) ruclips.net/video/Wfrb7zJQqa0/видео.html
@@MotorBoatYachting was famous because mby & mbm !
You are a busy man this is the only other European boat channel I watch other than yours keep it up!
A very fancy grand banks lobster boat basically. Proven design, everything you need for a good fishing trip.

Absolutely loved this one. More like this please.
When I open my youtube, Nick is everywhere...
He's a busy man! Some say he can function without sleep ;-)
THIS! IS! SPARTAN!
How did they get all that in 8 meters!? Great for a day out, wouldn't even need to fish. 👍
Subscribed to your new channel. Love your videos. One day when I get a Yacht that is proper I’ll make sure to have you film it. Hope all is well.
Awesome to have Aquaholic here.
He's a regular on our channel, posting at least once per month :-)
Very well and properly choosen example of a rodman - highly appreciated, thank you for your service!
Looks like a great starter boat! 😍😍
Pockets and a Keel - very nice. Nice package in 8 meters.

This reminds me of a very tiny Sport Fisher with the large Cockpit and a flybridge.
Not my kind of boat but seems to be ideal for purpose. Excellent video as always.
Very well maintained wood work. If don't fish plenty of room to just play .
Good, but not my cup of tea. This is why there is such a variety of teas - I mean boats. Still, another lovely tour. Thanks, Nick...

Not with twin 300s
Hi Nick. A useful compact boat. Great video thanks
Lovely is the word for that one, ideal for getting out n bout without being too cluttered.

I think my uncle had a boat like this, but smaller
Currently in amble marina this boat see it when I’m going to work on other boats
This boat is a beauty, it has everything you need, I wonder what is the price for one of these
£40-£45K

Lekker man lekker
Beijinhos 🙏
2:33 man, that radar will fry your brain if you stay there too long!
So does your mobile
My only complaint is that dash looks like an afterthought
Nice review thoroughly enjoyed that, but yet another reason to not buy MB&Y magazine!
No point whatsoever in my view.
Utube rules. It’s FREE!
Wiring doesn't look great on this used boat, hanging out and cobbled together under the flybridge helm, engine bay and in the head.
No where for the staff 😕
