Hey, can I get a lead on those front floor pans?

I made them here in my shop. If you want to send patterns or your cut outs, I can make you some.

Can you replace the kicker panels without having to dissect everything??!!

You wouldn’t be able to do it like the factory did, but yes, you could cut out the offending panel and then butt weld along the floor to reinstall. Structurally it would be fine, just not exactly the way IH did it originally.

My body mounts are much better but floorpans are pretty bad, hoping I can do it with the body on frame because my wife wont surrender her parking spot in the garage. For now I am focusing on re-wiring the car while I figure out what welder I should buy. Trying to find a good 120v mig welder that can do up to 1/4".

Well, good luck with the wiring. If your body mounts are good, you should be able to do the floors without removing the body.
My favorite welder brand is Hobart, good prices and plenty of capability. What I can say is don’t skimp on your welder, you will probably only ever buy one and you’ll want it to be good for the long term.
      Thanks for watching!

Butt weld or overlap on pans?

I use the butt weld method. Overlapping the edges can work, but I find you really need to put a step in the metal so that everything lays out nice. Also all of the seams (top and bottom) need to be seam sealed. Mostly this is a preference thing, IMO.
