- Modernizing my International Scout II Wiper Motor and Switch with Jeep XJ and Peterbilt Parts.
Here is a fairly simple upgrade to your windshield wiper system that is less expensive than replacing just the motor on your existing OEM International.
What’s required, and XJ Wiper Motor, a Peterbilt Switch and some basic wiring skills.

Thanks for video I am from electronic background and always find motor Elec overly simple but glad nowadays they are making things more complicated. At least the wipers are no vacuum operated like early scouts. Keep up the good work

You’ll be shocked to know some more project creep happened. I pulled the heads to add hardened valve seats. So I’m waiting for the heads to come back, and then I can start the final assembly.
