So true. Over time we lose the ability to read or see the red flags that are always present if we are “awake” with discernment from the Holy Spirit. Once we become children of God by means of salvation...his Holy Spirit is Alive in us. I completely ignored the signs because of the “potential” I wanted to see in this toxic individual that never had my best interest in mind.

3 Month narcissistic free. After a 2 yr battle mentally with a man i thought i knew and loved. it wasn't easy leaving. Soul Tie kept me. Pouring into him left me so empty. He literally took me to the end of the bridge but didn't push me off. He said he didn't want to take the blame if he couldn't save me. I had to listening to God. I moved silently pack up and NEVER looked back . I have been listening to you and Pastor keion Henderson in Houston. You guys have definitely have been a blessing to me. Im now healing and making up lost time of SELF CARE.

@TheSushiraw I fell for it too a while back. In the beginning they may make you feel special but we have to remember that they are doing things that will appeal or impress you. I tell my daughters and clients Don't be to quick to fall for the lovely words and behaviors in the beginning. Of course people will show their best side in the beginning. We do it all the time (relationships, at job interviews, with consumers and clients) but we have to remain mentally sharp and slow at jumping in head first believing every word. If they make you feel special in the beginning just let it be that......making you feel special. Wait on the patterns/consistency of his/her actions to prove otherwise. Anything too easy or fast isn't worth having.
I feel for those who are in this situation! God delivers from a sinful state, praying for those in bondage in Jesus name!

Ladies I think our main problem is that we dont love ourselves enough. This is why we sometimes attract toxic people. Society has made us feel like we will never be good enough, hence we fall for these narcissistic men. Another thing the church is to blame for putting that pressure on women to be married. We all need to understand is that not everyone is meant to be married by 25!!! We all have different journeys. Why is singleness looked down upon
Singleness is not looked down upon by the church because there is a time and season for everything. All married couples at one point in their life were single at one time. Single is a great time in your life for you to focus on God and what he has for you to do in your life single can be a good time in your life before you find your mate. Let's be clear after this life there will be no husband and wife in heaven. So singleness is not looked down upon. But the problem comes in with singleness is when the people who are single are indulging in sinful acts, which the children of God are against such as fornication. It's not our rules were only obeying God's Commandments by not condoning fornication. You can be single as all as much as you want to but as long as you're still keeping in obeying God's Commandments is nothing wrong with that now if you want to do things that married people do such as have sex then you need to be married.

You are so on point. My soul tie is with a parent that I am now caring for. I have spent the last 10 years caring for this person, only to be told by them that I can’t survive without them. I am caught between the guilt of leaving a parent that can no longer care for themselves or saving and placing myself first. This is a tough decision to make at almost 60 years of age.
My life is a warning to young people. Once the ties are broken to a narcissistic parent don’t go back.

My ex used ME to have a baby. He kept accusing ME in our relationship and this is how I realized he was projecting onto ME. Once he told me that he did not want me he just wanted our son. That was also another dead giveaway. And then to escape accountability of the failure of the relationship and why I was suddenly not around anymore… He spread lies and told his friends and family that HE had left me shortly after giving birth! Nope. I left him twice before giving birth and I finally left him for the fourth time three weeks after giving birth after getting violent with me for a second time while I had our son on my body.
Ditto! I was used as well. He talked obsessively about having a child. As soon as I actually got pregnant, the devaluation escalated, crazy making began. Two months later he moved in a woman he hardly knew...and she was pregnant two months later. I met him on ChristianMingle. I never should have gone past the second date. At a low point and I was love-bombed like crazy. In order to not look bad, he told everyone I was crazy, bipolar, blah blah...you know, to distract from the fact that he had just impregnated a second woman (that he hardly knew.) Ugh. Lesson learned...it was a hard one!
Angela C oh my goodness girl. Well he got his Karma! Child support from 2 women AND visitations with 2 children = he won’t have a life. Even if he disappears you can have his wages garnished for child support. Yaw’ll both might need to fight against him in court together it’ll make both your cases stronger... at least reference the other woman’s custody case number to the judge during your hearing .....it’ll help prove his shitty character and cheating. Also yaw’ll together could save money by sharing an attorney!
Tell the judge you want to require him of 1 year of therapy and parenting classes.

the term sole custody doesn’t mean anything, it’s the “rights” each parent has so essentially I got my sole Custody and he just fell for it like an idiot.
I also implemented an alcohol limit when in possession of my son. Changed my number and he doesn’t have it so he ONLY can talk to me in writing in our family wizard.

Been there, done that, but l am finally free. It may seems like a hard thing to get out but keep praying and ask God to deliver you. When you finally get the courage to forgive, you will let go and move on. For me, l prayed for that person, then l forgave him, then l was able to detach myself, then finally block all communications with him. Good luck. You can do it. It feels good to enter 2019 without all that pain and baggage. He tried contacting me via someone else's phone and l let someone else take the call. He did not answer the person.

@@travism3307 l left the situation. I am happy now because I have promised myself never to be with someone who treats me less than I deserve. Most of all, I have been learning to love myself and to live in a way that is pleasing to God. I do live videos to encourage others so l know l have to always strive to be the person l encourage others to be, living by example and being real to me even when others are not looking. It's been almost 2 months since l left but the process of leaving started long before I took the last step of blocking him out of my life. We used to talk and I'd be kind to him, as l tried to forgive him and let go of the anger, shame and self blame. Being in such a relationship is like an addiction so l chose to withdraw slowly rather than just stopping the connection suddenly. This approach of slow withdrawal and working on myself as well as focusing on helping others gave me back my power gradually.
I am not yet at the point to forgive her!

This was such a blessing to me! I have left an abusive narcissist. Who completley fool my family, and my friends. It started out little and left me mentally, emotionally abused! I hid it once it got really bad when he was successful at isolating me from everyone who loved me. Thank the Lord the holy spirit came upon me after me literally crying out to God. I woke up one day and decided I was leaving. When I told him he threatened to kill me and I got out right then. It was like his demon came right at me. This message was so on time
I pray anyone dealing with a narcissist prays and moves when the holy spirit tells you it saved my life as I wanted to die!

I’ve been battling more so with loneliness and sex didn’t mean anything anymore. When I drew closer to God I no longer NEEDED a man. I need God. PeriodT! When it’s time I’ll know. C Powell, Good morning to you C.Powell this message was for me because I was that person for 33 yrs, until this person pass away a year ago.I would always ask god to please remove this person but I would always go back then I got sick with cancer and I was the only person there.
This is a complete story of my life. I was given to a man by my father in what is called arranged marriage, he was coming to Australia from Africa and he ask my parents to marry me. I was only 17 and I arrived in Australia at the age of 18 he was 13 years older than me. From day one I got to Australia I became his prisoners,a captive and my life slowly start becoming miserable. I attempted to leave him 12 times during our 14 years together, in my case he used to come back and beg me with promises to change, every time I go back to him he will only pretend to change for a very short period of time and then go back to the old him. I had 6 children with him, now I'm 32 and I have just realised he never loved me from day one but intentionally wanted to worsted my life. I have just broke up with him, this time I have put a violence restraining order against him. Change all my locker and make sure he doesn't even get near me. I only got the courage to do this after listening to this pastor's message on this platform. With this many kids at just 32 I know my chances of ever remarried is very low but I'm glad he is away from my life. He never had a fix job so I was working while he was my driver to and from work. I was raising a big baby who was making my life miserable. Thank you pastor your preaching has set me free.

OMG! Everything that you mentioned, I experienced even God turning me over! I wasted 12 years with a Narcissist and God told me a long time ago that man was not for me. I chose to ignore it! I have been miserable every since! I’m now trying to break away from the soul ties! It’s HARD! However, I believe you finally become fed up and seek God for help, He makes it easier!!! The feelings didn’t occur every night and they won’t leave over night! It’s a process, but this too shall pass!
I’ve been here and finally blocked it out my life. Prayed and God instantaneously broke the souls tie! The fight is not my own battle, I give it to the Lord! He will keep me! I love my God! He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world!

I discovered Paster RC BLAKES Jr. as an accident. I was at the beginning of a break up that I knew was a bad soul tie and couldn’t shake it. Pastor you have truly helped me to begin the process. I’ve gotten way further than I’ve ever gotten as far as breaking the soul tie goes.

Lesson Learned & I was clearly losing myself in a losing, unequally yoked situation! Only I can break free from this bondage and allow God to order my steps. Lost my father a few years back and began to cling onto a narcissistic man that tried to drag me down in every way. He was taking advantage of that vulnerability I had, and I clearly see and admit to being gullible. I'm just grateful that I was able to OPEN my eyes after spiritual, physical, and mental abuse. Yes it did hurt. I was consumed with pain and confusion. After leaving 2 times in 4 years, the Most High told me it didn't make sense to go back to be disappointed. I can't do back and forth mess. That was the darkest time of my life. Every time I listen to your analogies it makes me glad and joyful that I have been delivered from that evil. You would be a good psychologist. Thanks!

Two days ago was his Birthday and I fell weak as usual and blew this man's phone up! I'm on block I believe, messaged on social media and everything! I feel at my lowest ever in life 🥴 Definitely going to be seeking help, I don't know what God has in store for me in my future but it's not him 🙏🏾 I have always wanted and dreamed of being married and having true love since I was a 5 year old little girl. Like most little girls, I would dream of this big wedding 💒 I would have 💍 but now that I look back my inner child never got healed..I grew up without a father like most of us. I'm an empath and met this man at 17 being too grown and thinking I was ready to date someone 13 years older than me. So needless to say I am so grateful 🥲 for this message!!! I am so thankful to God for raising up Pastor Blakes to teach us! 🙏🏻 His advice is spot on! I wish i knew this decades ago! My parents lacked in teaching us much of anything except chores. My mom was a narcissist & the advice she gave was almost always sabotage. No great leap when i met my now, ex husband! He was a version of her! The soul ties & breaking 1st commandment which is having no other idols before me! Making our husbands or, Bf. our Idol is a SIN.
