4:06 you said baseboard heat without blinking. IMPRESSIVE. 20:07 looks like the kitchen was set up for a washer and dryer and chest style freezer. probably had the microwave on a cart to the left of the door. looks like there was flooring glued over the flooring we are currently looking at. I've been "marathoning" through your videos for the last few days and it's been quite enlightening. I'm looking at downsizing and want something with land and a small 2bd/1ba house, under 1 000 sq ft, on 2-10 acres and under $120,000. I'm looking in MO, ARKANSAS, and TN.
