This is their best song in my opinion ❤
100 percent agree
I'll third that.....sublime piece of music, singing and production.
Can't argue with that. Check out the live/long version of Days On The Road if you haven't already, it's a banger.
@@brewswillis9783 Will do...thnx
Amazing song way underrated The guitar work is great the harmonies are flawless Love them
Shoutout to the Aussies for all the great music they've given the world!
Great insightful commentary & efficiently thorough analysis! I LOVE that you don't interrupt the performances.
Great reaction to this great tune, thank you. Other LRB tunes are: Help Is On Its Way, Lady, Cool Change, Take It Easy On Me, Every Day Of My Life, Days On The Road, Lonesome Loser, Down On The Border. I hope you get to check out some of these. Love LRB. Just make sure its the original versions. Janet from Louisiana☮🖤🤘
A great song, it gives me goosebumps, every time hearing it. 🎶🎶🎶👍🙋♀️
L.R.B..... another excellent group from the Classic Rock era that produced a lot of great tunes. Nice Choice.
Thanks for playing this appreciate it ! This particular song is definitely different from the rest of their songs !
Extraordinary song, excellent to see your reaction 😊
What was great about rock music in the 70s was that every band was experimenting with different sounds and ideas. Bands like Little River Band developed their own unique sound. There was a lot of jamming and musicality in those days. If you like long, experimental, songs I recommend the song Terrapin Station by the Grateful Dead.
Yes!!! Such an underrated song by one of the most underrated and underappreciated groups of the 70s.
I wouldn't exactly say that, Reminiscing is one of the most consistently played tunes on American radio . It was also a fav of John Lennon and Frank Sinatra . They had other hits too during their peak late 70s early 80s, Cool change , Lonesome loser are some examples.
I've still got this album..story:.I was in the Air Force stationed in Indiana..I put this song on my turntable in the barracks one nite...every brutha in the barracks came to my room and said what is Sweet Goodie got goin on..Smoked alot of Dope and drank way to much Boones Farm Grape that nite...it's been over 45 years ago and I still can't drink anything Grape ..Great friends..
The radio version was way shorter....this original version is awesome!
Cool song.Their harmony sounds like Seal;s & Croft
I got to see these guys when they were on tour with the Moody Blues!!!
Opening song on a debut album......simply stunning! LRB have many great songs but another dreamy one to check out is 'Light Of Day'.
You’d also like Happy Anniversary and Cool Change by LRB
I like you reviews and appreciate you let the songs play through.
I completely for got about this number and I never knew who did it. Thanks JM! Best stank face on the tube!
LRB had great harmony, many hits
Great song! I haven’t heard too many of their songs, but they are all great!
I was 15 when this dropped. I was an instant fan
This one gets added the my JMBOY TV Reactions Folder/Memory Sticks. Thanks again
I too bad there's not more reactions to this song, but luckily I saw one last year, and it blew me away. Thanks, to whoever requested this, and to the channel, of course.
Their best song by far. CSN level vocals.
This was unknown to me until I saw them do it on The Midnight Special.
Great song, but imo “Reminiscing” was their absolute best. Gotta check it out JMBOY! 🙂
This sounds like it could be a Crosby, Stills, and Nash, or an Eagles song from the late 60s. Amazing musicians in this Band. Mid 70s, I think. Back when I was a young man in my early 20s. Great era of music in those days.
Killing it this week my friend! ❤! Enjoy reactions so very much.😊
OHHH . . HELL YEAH!!!!
OMG talk about a time warp. This 75 year old thanks whomever suggested this. 😅
LRB and their beautiful harmonies are just as good live. They have many great songs and are worth a dive into their catalog.
Awesome song. Also check out "COOL CHANGE", Another one of their awesome songs.
Check out "Lady"
I was never a fan of little river band but was reminded of this song last week and it's been stuck in my head ever since.❤❤ By far my favorite from them.😊
If The Eagles , had a baby, or Vice Versa..😂...Epic recording.✌️
The Eagles and LRB actually toured together. Glen Frey said LRB are the best singing band going around . They had gr8 respect for each others artistry.
It is so great to see someone of your age not just appreciating a song that i listened to as ateenager but acthualy getting it. You rock son.lotsa luv from arkansas.
I had forgotten just how good this song is! Thanks for another great reaction and breakdown on the lyrics, JM! ✌💙✌
The Who - Magic Bus - Live At Leeds HQ
Excellent song. Remember it well from my youth. Thanks for the reaction.
That is road trip music.
❤ Little River Band has several great songs !
When I first Heard this on the Radio, I Thought it was "Crosby, Stills & Nash"!! Can you see how they sound Similar???
If you ask me... Who Is The Greatest Guitarist I have ever heard and seen live? From the 1977 "Elegant Gypsy" album....... Al Di Meola - Elegant Gypsy Suite
Here's another GREAT Little River Band song to check out, "The Light of Day". In my humble opinion it's about as good as this song. A little different but still a great jam.
I like how you have broken the song down mate,
Thanks!
