Thanksgiving is a fun mixture of Halloween, The Prowler, Happy Birthday to Me, Out of the Dark, Mute Witness, Urban Legend, Scream, My Bloody Valentine, The Burning, Valentine and I Know What You Did Last Summer. It is a love letter to slasher horror fans that love violence and gore.
I'm going to throw out a few suggestions that I thought were interesting. "It Follows" from 2014 is a horror film. "I Am Mother" (2019) is a Netflix sci-fi. The "Last Duel" (2021) is a Medieval action/drama. "A Ghost Story" (2014) is a supernatural drama. Just ideas that you may not have seen, use if you like.
